★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδιαίτερο και κομψό διώροφο κτίριο με έντονα νεοκλασικά γνωρίσματα. Κτίστηκε περί το 1870 ως κατοικία του Γενικού Διοικητή Ιωαννίνων και ήταν γνωστό μέχρι πρόσφατα ως "Παλατάκι". Κατά τα έτη 1913 -1919 στέγασε την έδρα του αντιπροσώπου της ελληνικής κυβέρνησης Γεωργίου Χρηστάκη Ζωγράφου και αργότερα, μέχρι το 1923 στέγασε το Αγγλικό Γενικό Προξενείο. Από τότε και μετά εξυπηρετεί εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες. Εκεί λειτούργησε μέχρι το 1941 η Εμπορική Σχολή Ιωαννίνων την οποία ίδρυσε και διηύθυνε ο Κωνσταντίνος Μολυβάδας. Αργότερα και μέχρι το 1998 λειτούργησε ως Κλασσικό Λύκειο Ιωαννίνων. Σήμερα εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες του 7ου ΓΕΛ.
Special and elegant two-storey building with strong neoclassical features. It was built around 1870 as the residence of the General Commander of Ioannina and was known until recently as "Palataki". During the years 1913 -1919 it housed the seat of the representative of the Greek government Georgios Christakis Zografou and later, until 1923 it housed the British Consulate General. Since then it serves educational needs. The Commercial School of Ioannina operated there until 1941, which was founded and directed by Konstantinos Molyvadas. Later and until 1998 it operated as the Classical High School of Ioannina. Today it serves the needs of the 7th GEL.
