D	DIMITRIS GIANNOPOULOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αξίζει ο κόπος της ανάγνωσης!! Αρχές Ιουνίου 2021 κλείσαμε ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο με θέα στην θάλασσα, σύμφωνα με την booking, για 4 βράδια τον Αύγουστο 2021. Τις πρώτες μέρες επικοινώνησα με την υπεύθυνη, στο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας, η οποία με ενημέρωσε πως πρόκειται για ένα καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο και με διαβεβαίωσε για την λειτουργία του από τον Ιούλιο 2021 και μετά. Μάλιστα δώσαμε εκ νέου ραντεβού επικοινωνίας ώστε να συνεννοηθούμε για την προσθήκη πρωινού στην κράτηση μας. Μέσα Ιουλίου και χωρίς να έχω προηγουμενως κάποια ενημέρωση, προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω στον ίδιο αριθμό. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες και αρκετά sms, με παρέπεμψαν σε καινούργιο αριθμό επικοινωνίας, όπου ο ιδιοκτήτης με ενημέρωσε ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι έτοιμο αλλά χωρίς ηλεκτροδότηση. Μάλιστα μου μετέφερε την κράτηση σε διαφορετικό ξενοδοχείο ιδιοκτησίας του. Αρχές Αυγούστου, λίγες μέρες πρίν την άφιξη μου στο ξενοδοχείο που μεταφέρθηκε η κράτηση, σε νέα μου επικοινωνία με ενημέρωσαν πως λύθηκε το πρόβλημα με το ρεύμα και τελικά θα μείνω στο ξενοδοχείο που έκανα την αρχική κράτηση. Κατά την άφιξη μου διαπίστωσα ότι το ξενοδοχείο και συγκεκριμένα το δωμάτιο ήταν μεν έτοιμο αλλά δεν ήταν σε λειτουργία. Ενδεικτικά θα αναφέρω ότι την πρώτη μέρα δεν υπήρχε καν ένα σαπούνι για τα χέρια, η πισίνα ήταν έτοιμη αλλά χωρις ξαπλώστρες και οι μόνοι υπάλληλοι που βρισκόντουσαν στον χώρο ήταν εργάτες. Δεν είχαμε κλειδί (κάρτα) να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο και κάθε φορά συνενοουμασταν με τους εργάτες σε ποιο σημείο θα αφήσουν κρυμμένο το master key (!!) για να το βρούμε και να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο. Αποκορύφωμα όλων είναι ότι αποφάσισαν να μας προμηθεύσουν με κάρτα και να δοκιμάσουν το σύστημα την προτελευταία μέρα της διαμονής και ενώ βρισκόμασταν στο δωμάτιο. Παρόλα αυτά το ξενοδοχείο και το δωμάτιο είναι καλαίσθητο, σε σχετικά καλή τοποθεσία (δεν βλέπει Καλντέρα) και με πολλές δυνατότητες, αν είναι σε πλήρη λειτουργία. Ευτυχώς το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει, και το ευχαριστούμε, σε αντίθεση με τον ιδιοκτήτη που παρόλες τις αρχικές διαβεβαιώσεις του ότι θα έχουμε όλες τις συμφωνηθεισες παροχές, εκμεταλλευόμενος την δική μας δυσκολία εύρεσης άλλου καταλύματος λογω high season, μας έβαλε να μείνουμε σε ένα μη λειτουργικό ξενοδοχείο. Worth the effort of reading !! At the beginning of June 2021 we booked a double room with sea view, according to booking, for 4 nights in August 2021. In the first days I contacted the person in charge, on the contact phone, who informed me that this is a new hotel and assured me of its operation from July 2021 onwards. In fact, we made another contact appointment to agree on adding breakfast to our reservation. In mid-July, without any prior notice, I tried to contact the same number. After many attempts and several sms, they referred me to a new contact number, where the owner informed me that the hotel is ready but without electricity. In fact, he transferred the reservation to a different hotel owned by him. At the beginning of August, a few days before my arrival at the hotel where the reservation was made, in a new contact I was informed that the problem with the electricity was solved and I will finally stay at the hotel where I made the initial reservation. Upon arrival I found that the hotel and specifically the room was ready but not in operation. Indicatively I will mention that on the first day there was not even a hand soap, the pool was ready but without sunbeds and the only employees who were in the area were workers. We did not have a key (card) to enter the room and each time we agreed with the workers where they would leave the master key hidden (!!) to find it and be able to enter the room. The highlight of all is that they decided to provide us with a card and test the system on the penultimate day of the stay and while we were in the room. Nevertheless the hotel and the room are elegant, in a relatively good location (not facing the Caldera) and with many possibilities, if it is fully operational. Fortunately the staff was willing to help us, and we thank them, in contrast to the owner who despite his initial assurances that we would have all the agreed facilities, taking advantage of our own difficulty finding another accommodation due to high season, made us stay in one non-functional hotel.
M	Mariafrancesca Musella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON ESISTE, ho provato a contattare la struttura, mi ha risposto un italiano che diceva di non parlare la mia lingua , prima mi ha detto che lavorava li, poi che non sapeva se esisteva l hotel !! Nessuna recensione , nessuna foto reale! IT DOESN'T EXIST, I tried to contact the structure, an Italian replied who said he didn't speak my language, first he told me he worked there, then he didn't know if the hotel existed !! No reviews, no real photos!
K	Konstantina Alexiadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε το τριήμερο του Αγίου πνεύματος εκεί!! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό!! Όπως ακριβώς στις φωτόγραφιες!! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάρα πολύ πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει στο οτιδήποτε!!! We stayed there for the three days of the Holy Spirit !! The hotel is very good !! Just like in the photos !! The staff was very kind and very willing to serve in anything !!!

We booked a room for 3 days in August 2021 using booking.com. 10 days before arriving we received the following message from booking.com: "Unfortunately, Pearl Inn informed us that they cannot accommodate you because of power outage in the island of Santorini. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused" The booking was not cancelled and we tried calling the number provided by booking.com. Unfortunately after trying multiple times we never got through as the phone call was being rejected after ringing a couple of times... Booking.com finally cancelled the booking after contacting them stating that "The accomodation is experiencing electrical issues"

At the beginning we were a bit afraid due to all the bad reviews on google but our experience was just perfect! The hotel has just opened so everything is new and in great condition. The pool with the ocean view is absolutely gorgeous! We had a great time there. But the best of it was the customer service of Cristina, she recommended us beautiful and local restaurants, cool bars, nice beaches. Thanks for everything Cristina! We would definitely go back.
