D	Dan (DV) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is great overall, and I'd say fantastic for this location (this is the best in town and probably in the whole area). There is a nice rooftop restaurant, spa, all the right stuff. The area where this hotel falls short is the centralized air conditioner from the room which had a bad smell. Some minor repairs would also help.

I've contacted the staff a couple of hours after the checkout to give my shipping address and instruct them how to send me the package with no cost on their side.. Although the employee assured me that he will call back again, in a non verbal way, seemed unwilling to help on this one. After 8 days I have no update on this matter. Terrible experience.
n	nyu yun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 4-star hotel confirms its rating, it is clean, nicely decorated, it has an indoor pool and the bathrooms look really well (at least, mine did). Most rooms are large enough, the furniture is well designed for functionality and the food was ok. We also enjoyed a beautiful rainbow in the sky when we arrived, but the hotel can't guarrantee you that :)

T	Tom Karst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a bit rough some places and needs to be maintained. The food is between medium an below medium quality as my experience with cold beef and soft fries. Though, the taste were fine. The beds are nice and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The gym and the pool is open for the public, so it will be crowded during opening hours. The personal is friendly and the prices are acceptable.
C	Cip B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic room. No way a 4 stars hotel. Loud and smelly AC. Noisy street, so open windows not an option. But the worst was a techno party untill 4 AM. So even through we prepayed for breakfast we checked out and left and 5 AM. Horrible experience.

Parking convenience is not the best, if you have lots of stuff better to load/unload using temporarily the front parking lot which mysteriously is always occupied by the same 10 cars. Rooms are clean, a bit outdated.
