UNACCEPTABLE before I even visit the store .. I have been calling on the phone for two weeks now to make an appointment and no one answers!

Από τα κεντρικά μου δώσαν το τηλέφωνο του διευθυντή με τη σιγουριά ότι θα απαντήσει άμεσα..μαντέψτε!!! Unacceptable telephone service, they never pick up the phone. Ι	Ιλλιάνα Δημούδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. 'Έπρεπε να κάνω ανάληψη χρημάτων από βιβλιάριο, καθώς η κάρτα μου έχει καταστραφεί. Κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο και με διαβεβαίωσαν -δύο μάλιστα υπάλληλοι- ότι μπορώ να κάνω κανονικά την ανάληψη στο κατάστημα χωρίς να κλείσω ραντεβού. Κατά την μετάβασή μου στο κατάστημα και αφού περίμενα σε ουρά σχεδόν μία ώρα για να εισέλθω με ενημερώνουν ότι οι αναλήψεις από βιβλιάριο γίνονται μόνο για ποσά άνω των 400 ευρώ και ότι δεν προβαίνουν στη σχετική ενημέρωση από το τηλέφωνο καθότι αυτονόητο και απορούν πως γίνεται να μην το γνωρίζω. Η ανάληψη μάλιστα μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με κλείσιμο του λογαριασμού για το οποίο απαιτούνται σειρά δικαιολογητικών και ραντεβού. Απαράδεκτη και παράλογη και η συγκεκριμένη πολιτική και κυρίως η έλλειψη επαρκούς ενημέρωσης από την πλευρά των υπαλλήλων. Λυπάμαι για την ταλαιπωρία μου. Unacceptable service. Βοηθούσαμε ο ένας Πελατης τον άλλον για να τελειώνουμε γρήγορα γιατί ΦΥΣΙΚΑ εκεί μέσα Εξυπηρετηση δεν έχεις ούτε για τα πιο απλά ! Και φυσικά καμία ντροπή απο τους ίδιους!! THE WORST WITH VARIOUS !!!!!!!! The 1 star is too good for the disgrace they have inside !! We helped each other Customer to finish quickly because OF COURSE you do not have Service in even the simplest! And of course no shame from them !!
D	Dimitris Argyropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για μία προπληρωμενη κάρτα που ήθελα να πάρω,δε φτάνει που άκουσα ένα μακρυναρι λόγο, με σύνδεσαν με ένα ρομποτικό σύστημα απαντήσεων που δεν καταλάβαινε όταν του έλεγα ότι θέλω να πάρω την προπληρωμενη κάρτα μου. Να πάνε να χαθούν όλοι τους με τα κωλο συστήματα αυτοματισμού που βάζουμε,λες και δεν υπάρχουν άνεργοι για να απασχοληθούν για να καλύψουν τις θέσεις εργασίας που χρειάζονται.ΔΕΝ ΜΕ ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΑΙΝΕΙ ΕΝΑ ΜΗΧΑΝΗΜΑ! Άνθρωπος με καταλαβαίνει! N	NoneNameAvailable on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλώς εξυπηρετηθείτε από άλλο κατάστημα, οι άνθρωποι δεν κάνουν καλά την δουλειά τους. Τους πήρα 5 τηλεφωνα για να ρωτήσω αν χρειάζομαι ραντεβού για μια συγκεκριμένη δουλειά (την περίοδο αυτή δε χρειαζόταν ραντεβού λόγο covid) δε μου το σήκωσαν καμια φορα, πήγα από εκεί έχασα 1 ώρα από την ζωή μου για να μου γράψουν 5 τηλεφωνα σε ένα χαρτάκι και να μου πουν ότι χρειάζομαι ραντεβού. Απλά όχι. Just be served by another store, people are not doing their job well. I got them 5 phones to ask if I need an appointment for a specific job (during this period I did not need an appointment because covid) they did not pick it up for me sometimes, I went from there I lost 1 hour of my life to write 5 phones on a piece of paper and tell me I need an appointment.
