They told us they had run out of two dishes we wanted and talked us into having a few small plates with one fish to share. In total we only had 4 shrimp, one fish to share, 2 salad, bread and two glasses of wine. Our bill was an incredible €130 which was daylight robbery. They are listed on Tripadvisor as Palazzo and changed their name to escape the terrible reviews posted there. Rethymno and its people are lovely except these gangsters who got aggressive when we questioned the bill. Avoid!

Upon ordering it we were asked what we would like on it to which we said a selection of anything we could have. What came was far too much food for two which seemed a bit off but we tucked in all the same. As predicted we could not finish all of the mediocre food. Short story the bill came to triple what we were lured in with and the staff were ready to deny what was ordered and not budge an inch on the 'misunderstanding'. I would avoid this place as the food is expensive and not great. It felt as the language barrier was being exploited as everywhere we have dined since we have had an amazing experience. Wish I had read the reviews of this place before we ate there!
A	Anet Kempp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place! Staff think they are 'smart' and they can cheat on us. Very unfriendly staff and waiters, impolite and disrespectful. Food took ages to come, and when it did, it was clearly reheated in a quick oven. Too expensive and very low quality. Avoid it!!

They never asked whether we liked it or showed any interest. Only plus is the view. Would definitely not recommend this place. There are much better places in this town.

D	Deyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, amazing staff and breathtaking atmosphere, especially on the rooftop peering straight into the ocean. Would definatley eat here again and recommend to anyone passing by.

Staff were polite and welcoming, offering us a great choice of where to sit. We chose the roof terrace with an enchanting view of the Venetian harbor. Our order was taken by a very nice guy who seemed very knowledgeable about the menu and the local produce, doing a great job of selling the sea bass to my fellow diner. When the food arrived it was very good with some nice finishing touches (ie some vinaigrette on the lettuce which so often goes unloved on a plate with chips). Make up your own mind, but I would have no issues going to this restaurant again Keep up the great work ?
A	Alex McWilliam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous. Can't believe the negative reviews of this restaurant. We ate twice on our recent visit and found the staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We chose this restaurant for our last evening meal of our holiday as we had enjoyed it so much a week earlier. The food is really something special. We had octopus and shrimp mixed starter and red snapper as a main with wine. This was €85. When considering the service and location I thought this was a fair price. We intend going back next year and certainly dine again here.
