In the outskirts of Athens, in Sounion area, barely 30 meters from the sea, Mr. Dennis Kasfikis has transformed a long lost resort and a piece of land, into a small paradise of summer houses and high quality flats facing the sea.

For people that just want to escape, it is ideally located underneath the ancient temple of Poseidon. The place where the ancient legend of Theseus ended, and where the name “Aegean Pelagos” came to be.

There are thirteen private houses and flats, each one with its own spectacular view. Also there are available parking spots. Each house can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and each one of them is luxury furnished (of course for more people arrangements can be made).

The residences are 1 minute walk from the beach. The sea can be reached within 30 meters. It should be noted that in our private beach there are canoes to be used by our customers free of charge.

Sounion area is located barely 10 minutes by car from the nearest town and port, called Laurion and 45 minutes from the airport of Eleftherios Venizelos.
