Read the amazing reviews and almost didn't believe them. Arrived with already high expectations but the villa and Tassos exceeded them all. The villa is brand new, modern, spacious and well designed in light colours and lots of natural light but also effective black out shutters for sleeping in, luxurious finishings and furnishings . The pool has a perfect view of the sea and sunset, the terrace has a lot of space and wonderful for outdoor dining and stargazing at night. The villa is cleaned till it was spotless and we felt very safe with the covid prevention measures taken. Tassos also thoughtfully stocked the villa with snacks and drinks to make our stay more comfortable. Arrived late after flight delayed but Tassos was waiting with hot sandwiches then organised pizza delivery from the best pizzeria in town. Immediately the travel stress melted away as we enjoyed hot pizza on the cool terrace under the stars. Tassos is THE ORACLE. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I was a little worried about Santorini (backpack-ed in 2008 and remember it to be full of tourists and touts, not sure about what we're actually paying for, a little nervous about the crowded boat tours and all the restaurants selling the same food) but Tassos was the perfect guide. He has worked in tourism his whole life and saved me a lot of time, worry and money by recommending only the good tour operators, good restaurants and good activities to do. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent, they were local places and very crowded, long queues, but Tassos made reservations and we didn't have to wait. He would advise which villages to visit, which not to waste time on, and was quick to suggest and organise things to do during our stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure every little thing we wanted was done, and made every thing so easy and convenient for us. Even the car rental with First Choice cars was his recommendation! They are such a good company and we could park at their free parking lot when we went to Oia, We didnt need to drive (it is a 10min walk from the villa to the town centre!) but for when we were lazy. Even after we checked out and moved to a five star hotel for the second part of our holiday, their concierge was not as good as Tassos and we still asked him for advice, which he very kindly gave despite being very busy with the villa and current guests. He didn’t have to keep responding to us and we are very appreciative of his time and effort to ensure our entire stay in santorini, even when no longer his guests, was perfect. We told him the hotel should engage him as an external consultant because he knows more than their concierge who was not local and looked for answers online or recommended tour activities that we felt oversold by. Grateful for his organisation and attention to detail and will miss having "The Oracle" only a whatsapp away. Thank you Tassos for a truly memorable stay, we are very sad to leave and will be back, after we tell all our friends to stay here too.

My husband booked this villa for our babymoon. Having a baby on the way it was important for us to have a great vacation before our little ones arrival. Not only was the villa above our expectation it felt like a home for the 4 night we were there. The location is private enough to relax but close enough to enjoy Oia. Tassos is the epitome of Greek hospitality. His passion to make sure his guests have a good vacation is amazing. He booked us with the best restaurants with the best views. He was also our local insider in absolutely everything we needed for an amazing vacation. He was always just a Whatsapp message away.

We are just back from the most wonderful stay at Saint John’s this accommodation couldn’t be better it’s absolutely stunning. Tassos is the best host so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Delicious breakfast delivered every morning poolside, water, coffee etc topped up daily. We actually got engaged at sunset by the pool and it was breathtaking the sun sets behind the hills with a beautiful little church on it and Tassos was straight round with a bottle of champagne he had been chilling for us. Location is perfect for Oia if you still want some privacy and quiet as the Caldera is very crowded and busy but the villa is only a short walk away from Amoudi bay and Oia main centre. We walked a couple of times and other times Tassos arranged transport for us to Oia and Fira which again couldn’t be better Basically I can’t rate this place high enough a real hidden gem! Lovely host and we loved the location, just 8-10 minutes walk from Oia centre, but still private with your own pool. Fresh breakfast served every day. If anything I would have liked to have an iron avaliable, but that's a minor. We will definitely book again if we come back to Santorini <3

Tassos the villa manager was very friendly and helpful, he came with breakfast everyday, recommended us very good restaurants and was available for us with everything we needed. Although he was so helpful he never intruded on the privacy we needed. The villa was at perfect location 10 minutes walk from the centre, which gave us the privacy we needed as well as comfortable distance to go to restaurants. 10/10 would recommend to stay here whenever you go to Santorini.

3 things to say it all: - Best location: very close to Oia but totally quiet with sunset view: perfect combination - Great villa with a great pool. Everything is in perfect shape. - Best host you can think of: Tassos knows the whole island, answers quickly every wish or question, gets you best places in restaurants, ... and Ageliki always smiling for the breakfast ! And the weather was great too !

We booked our stay here based on all the 5 star reviews and have to agree. Tassos is a super host who will do everything and anything for you. He organised car hire, transport when we did not want to drive, reservations in hard to book restaurants and ordered food when we did not want to go out. His villa is beautiful especially the spacious outside with sunset views. If you plan to stay in Oia, this is the place to be.

The villa itself is awesome, but first let’s talk about the host, who makes it amazing. Tassos is a really great guy, who will help you out with anything you need during your stay on Santorini. His attention to details is clearly visible on many parts of the villa as it has everything you could possibly need and more, with small goodies like Marshall bluetooth speaker, a power bank and more. The villa itself is as shown on photos, with cave-style bathroom, comfy bed and an actual pool (be aware that “private pool” by Oia standards is usually just a whirlpool). During off-season you can watch the amazing sunsets directly from your pool instead of pushing through the crowd in the Oia Castle. Location is perfect as it has a nice sea view and is quiet and private between gorgeous daisies and olive trees, with parking available next to the villa and just a couple of minutes away from Oia centre. The food selection for breakfast is also amazing, as you can choose from 9 different main course menus every day, which you can also adjust if you don’t like an ingredient, while the breakfast is served on your terrace (or inside if bad weather) at the time you select. So overall, an amazing place to stay and we are surely coming back!
