★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a hidden gem! The eel is so yum - we had it salted and also the bliniz were so good! Taco tuna and crab salad also delicious. Such a change compared to our lunch spot where the salad was double the price and only had a teaspoon amount of crab. This one was great and 60% crab! There is also free dessert. Come here after sunset. The Vlichada beach has big waves but the most Amazing sunset so coming here after was the perfect evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years. Approachable, local joint that pumps out inventive flavors that have depth and balance and leave you wanting more. Our first time in Santorini and will most certainly be coming back again before we leave. Service was authentic, relaxed but knowledgeable and humorous. I want to move here to be friends with Ali!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was so nice. The menu was small but had a lot of special dishes, so it was really difficult for me to decide. In the beginning you get a small fish soup from the house. In the end i decided to eat seafood and it was delicious. The oyster and the shrimp were very fresh and the shrimp tasted so good. One oyster was from the house. It’s not the cheapest restaurant but worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a great find and off the beaten path. So delicious & authentic & freshly caught! Not touristy at all. So worth the visit! The portions are not too large, so you can get a few different dishes and share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great dinner at this hidden gem! The shrimps and gorgonzola was really shrimplicious and a must, but they also have great tuna tartare and many other interesting options! The food is with a little twist (not bad) compared to the more traditional restaurants on Santorini. Good value for money.
Also try the nearby Vlychada beach (another hidden gem) - the sunset is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was phenomenal. We ordered the salted mackerel, grilled octopus, and spicy shrimp in a gorgonzola kimchi sauce and all three dishes were absolutely delicious.
The building itself is very modest. My husband and I came here at the behest of someone at the place we rented a car from. They certainly weren’t wrong and this is a MUST for anyone staying on Santorini.
Not to mention - the service was incredible. Our server made recommendations for us and he was on point with all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best seafood we have ever eaten topped off with very friendly staff! Everything is fresh and the flavours well thought out. Not normally one to visit a place twice in the same trip but we will absolutely be going back before we head home as we could not sample enough of the menu. If visiting I highly recommend the Opson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food experience at salty bone was magnificent. Dishes prepared by true fish connoisseurs. “Must try” dishes are the truffle shrimps and the butter fish rolled in Japanese mint leaves! Kudos to Ali for taking such great care of us!
