★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to lockdown we had huge trouble with the ferries. The friendly woman in the agency and her mother helped us a lot to get our money back and use it for our trip back to Athenes respectively. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofia starts as very kind, but she changes the price she initially says. We did two trips with her to Plaka and Sarakiniko. She said it was 20 eur each trip. We confirmed TWICE if it was “both ways”, she answered “yes”.
Later when we had to pay, she charged us TWICE as much, saying the price she said before it was only one way.
When I asked to see a table with the prices, they didn’t have any… so it comes from her mind.
Really disappointed and I do not recommend you to hire their services. You might have a bad surprise at the end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked us to pay a non reasonable amount for gas just because the fuel was down by one line after we have returned the car! The asked amount was too high compared to the size of car (a very small car).we did not have a problem to pay but to pay a reasonable amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were stranded in Milos for a couple days. Sea Sun Sophia was amazing and not only helped us get on the first available ferry out but they even helped us find a place to stay for the nights we were stuck. Very good and helpful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend not to rent cars from them. Had a minor brush against the wall in Plaka while reversing and I was tailed by a taxi driver who seems to know them. They took my car back earlier than the stipulated 24 hrs and offered me a lift to sarakiniko.
I should not have paid for any supposed damages before seeing any pictures and should have took photos of the car right before returning them. They only said the damages were 150 euros and there was no breakdown of the damages. They promised to send photos of the damages for insurance claims but they haven’t done so even after I have reminded them for 2 days.
Sophia seems kind but I’m not sure if this is the way to run a car rental business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 9:40am flight to Athens got cancelled due to high winds. We couldn’t find a ferry online (they were fully booked). The lady at Sun Sea Sophia rang the upcoming ferry and asked the Capitan to take 3 extra passengers. We made it to Athens in time to catch our flights. I’m very grateful this lady went the extra mile to help us.
