★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our wine tasting at Siganos Wine Shop was a highlight of our Crete vacation. Joyce our Sommelier was so kind and helpful. We are two couples traveling together from different parts of the world. We are from the US and our friends from Germany. Joyce could speak both languages fluently and that made the experience even more personal. She listened to what we liked and provided some great local wines to match our tastes. Nice to make new friends around the world. Be sure to message us Joyce if you come to Florida and we can show you our beautiful area and introduce our culture. Thank you for a great day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with an excellent selection of Greek wines and spiritis (e.g. Ouzo) and other alcoholic beverages such as gin and whisky - even including a good selection of Scotch whiskies. The shop also offers olive oils and other Cretan specialties. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to the good advice, I found a great Greek red wine to take home as a souvenir. Highly recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was kinda hesitant to follow the personnel's advise but the selection of wines offered exceeded our expectations. Convenient location, nice place and more than helpful staff. Wide range of international, greek and local wines. We also managed to find some nice rare wines, all at a reasonable prices. I didn't see that coming, would return if ever in Rethymno. Highly recommended.
