★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most chaotic and disorganised airport I have ever travelled through. My mother in law was with me and needed the the loo. On entering the toilets the smell made her physically sick and she had to leave without going as could not stay in there. The signage was terrible, services were terrible, time to get bags off the plane was a joke ( over 40 minutes). Overall this is an embarrassment to crete which is a fantastic country. Come on, sort it out! This is not how you welcome people to your country!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it confusing and by not having rep's at the terminal passengers confused by changing gates ever 5 minutes. During this time tourists understand the extra burdens. Please get the hailing systems working and more clearer communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brilliant holiday in Elounda, but the Airport was a shambles. Standing outside with 100s of people in a queue. Letting 20 people in to the airport and then another queue. NO Air con, took us about. 40mins was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Airport on the planet. Way to many pessengers for this size of an airport. No aircondition or aeration in the middle of global pandemic. There is simply no "distancing" possible and at over 30°C people do not wear masks anymore. If there is any hygene / COVID authorities in greece, they should close this place immidiatly. No oversized luggage counter.
At the arrival we waited for 1.5 hours for our luggage.
At the departure there were thousands of people not distancing at all.
