★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podvodníci. Vůbec to nedosahuje nějaké pověsti firmy Avis/Budget. Bookoval jsem auto za 240 Eur, zaměstnanec nabídl pojištení +55 Eur a vyšlo mu 370Eur, co mi dal k podpisu. Odmítl jsem to, šel jinam, nicméně mezitím mi ten šmejd preautorizoval z karty cca 390Usd...
 Scammers. It does not at all reach a reputation of Avis / Budget. I booked a car for 240 Euros, the employee offered insurance of +55 Euros and he got 370 Eur, which he gave me to sign. I refused, went somewhere else, but meanwhile, the jerk privileged me from the card about 390Usd ...

Voyage en famille avec jeune enfant et femme enceinte de 6 mois, nous avions réservé (chez Avis) la gamme prestige pour plus de sécurité et de confort (Mercedes classe C boîte automatique, …) …
Finalement après une heure d’attente pour récupérer notre véhicule (1 heure pour passer trois réservations), l’employée incompétente nous a avoué qu’il ne dispose d’aucune voiture de la gamme prestige malgré la fiche stipulant le contraire bien exposée sur le comptoir pour allécher le « blaireau » de touriste!
Nous avons donc payé plein pot une Skoda archaïque, boîte manuelle et pack Clim HS ! D’après eux il s’agit d’un véhicule similaire! Nous n’avons pas les mêmes standards à priori, d’autant que le tarif pour cette Skoda était deux fois moins cher à la base !
Bref sympa pour la semaine de vacances… ils nous ont proposé après réclamations un avoir de 20 euros chez Avis (Lol !!!).
Nous ne réserverons plus jamais dans vos agences.

Family trip with young child and 6 month pregnant woman, we had booked (at Avis) the prestige range for more safety and comfort (Mercedes C class automatic gearbox,…)…
Finally after an hour of waiting to pick up our vehicle (1 hour to make three reservations), the incompetent employee confessed to us that he does not have any car from the prestige range despite the card stipulating the contrary well displayed on the counter to entice the tourist "badger"!
We therefore paid full price for an archaic Skoda, manual gearbox and Clim HS pack! They say it's a similar vehicle! We do not have the same standards a priori, especially since the price for this Skoda was originally half the price!
In short, nice for the holiday week… after complaints they offered us a credit of 20 euros at Avis (Lol !!!).
We will never book in your agencies again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buchung, Checkin, Rückgabe speditiv und unkompliziert. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Auto in gutem Zustand, einzig Preis gefühlt sehr hoch wenn man bedenkt, dass der Peugeot 208 bereits 90000 km aufdem Buckel hatte.
Booking, check-in and return are quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Car in good condition, only price felt very high when you consider that the Peugeot 208 already had 90,000 km under its belt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned. They will try and rip you off. Just state the whole car is scratched as they will claim any small mark was done by you. Not so budget by the time you add on the full cover, plus the admin fee they make you pay for scratches.
Avoid.

pick up location is just out side arrival hall.
for pickup car. when you come out from arrival hall you will see BUDGET AND AVIS sign started ahead you do not go that far. that is returning car only. your pick location is just outside of arrival hall on LEFT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned the car with an 80%+ full tank and was told that the DIFFERENCE in fuel would be charged on the fuel reserve allowance plus 15 Euro additional charge. Found today that they took an outrageous 69 Euros out of my account - basically the cost of a full tank! Insufficient documentation = Insufficient accountability. You would do well to avoid this company.
