Напевне в компанії дуже багато клієнтів і вони не можуть вчасно робити забір відправлень. А найгірше, що ця ситуація постійно повторюється. І минулого разу з боєм, кур'єр приїхав через 9 днів. Не возможно узнать номер заказа курьера, для обращения с жалобой в Inpost. Если курьер конечно был заказан, что узнать тоже не у кого. Ужасный сервис. Не сязывайтесь UPD: После написания отзыва тут ситуация прояснилась). Прошло 42 дня......Сегодня уже 19 января, но до сих пор статус заказа не изменился и числится как "ожидает прибытие". Писала на почту, в чат, на фейсбук.. Сначала отвечали, но с большой задержкой. Теперь вообще перестали отвечать. Ни посылки, ни денег. А нервов то сколько ушло....??!! Если ситуация изменится и я таки получу свой заказ, отзыв изменю. А на данный момент никому НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ связываться с данной фирмой! On December 8th my order was delivered to the UK warehouse. 42 days have passed ...... На мой запрос InPost ответил, что посылок с заданным номером нету. Где находится моя посылка не известно. Я не знаю получит посылку адресат и вернут ли ее обратно. I have no package or money. Посылки пришли на склад почти три недели назад, но их статус в моем личном кабинете не меняется. Поддержка на сайте отсутствует, практически нереально выйти на контакт с кем-либо из представителей компании. Складывается такое впечатление что мои заказы никто отсылать не собирается. В конечном итоге я получил свою посылку, отправленную, правда, почтой россии, а не обещанным Boxberry. Не исключаю, что отправка состоялась лишь благодаря шуму, который я начал поднимать в соцсетях. Однако и утверждать этого не могу. Формально - задержка была из-за пандемии. Тем не менее, коммуникация со стороны сервиса несвоевременная и невысокого качества. Fraudulent company. Польша доставила ее быстро по части своего пути, с тех пор в трекинге никакой информации. Просьба дать знать, куда исчезла моя посылка? Служба поддержки игнорирует мои вопросы. С ними просто нет связи. Мошенники?
