P	Philippe Hamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car from Tellus and were at first happy because their price was reasonnable, at 30 euros per day for a class B. When we received the car, it had a lot of esthetic damage, but it did not overly bother us. However, the car's tank was completely empty. When we drove off the place, we did not want to drive around the island on an empty tank, and therefore we stopped at a gas station and filled it, not sure exactly how much we would really need. Not being used to European prices, we were shocked when we realized that we had just purchased 40 liters for 75 euros, or $130 CAD. But anyways, it was too late to do anything. We brought back the car three days later, and the tank was at list still half full, with a solid 30 euros worth of gas remaining in it. We were concious that this was partly our fault but we told the person at the counter that we were dissappointed that they would rent us a car with an empty tank in the first place and she said: "[Sorry if you are such an idiot, but] we rent you a car with and empty tank and it's your problem if you don't bring it back empty." It was just overall frustrating to deal with them.
D	Diana Post on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE Tellus Travel! The worst experience of all my travels. At no point was I able to talk to any manager about my grievances. I wasn't even able to talk to the same representative. We discover that they greatly overcharged us and the sales workers were completely unprofessional. Rena Chatzidaki, our representative, wrote out the contract completely wrong, passed it over in Greek without a thorough review of the fine print. She rushed us out the door offering no assistance the whole process. When we first got in the car, there was an issue with the speakers. We wanted to them go to another agency because sound matters with this type of thing and they refused reimbursement. We later found out that she lied about a reimbursement of the remaining petrol in the car. When I later tried to claim this money, another representative told me that wasn't there policy. I'm now watching my bank statements to make sure they don't charge me for anything else.
H	Hannah Kopen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the WORST car rental experience I have ever had in my life. We were incredibly overcharged, and lied to from the first minute of service. We were treated poorly by Rena Chatzidaki, who also wrote up our contract wrong in Greek. We were given the last automatic vehicle in the lot that was so low on gas it was running on fumes. We were told by Rena that we would be reimbursed once we gave the car back if we had any extra petrol in the tank, which we did and we did NOT receive any money back and left a complaint but were not able to speak to any manager or anyone else in charge. Horrible service, and horribly over priced. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
