Really fun place to visit if you wanna do some cliffjumping. The highest cliff is around 4-5 meters and the water is super clear which makes it nice to snorkel in. Worth a visit!

Beautiful beach! Clear waters and soft sands. Cool rocks to climb and jump off of. Not crowded like most other beaches.

From my point of view, Spartia Beach was a 5/5 beach for snorkeling due to the very interesting rocky bottom. The area good for snorkeling is also very large with offshore large shallow water rocky flat platforms. Due to this particularity the area is good for snorkeling beginners but also for the most advance ones. The two channels dividing the rocky edge of the shore prolonged into the sea can be easily crossed in safety. For the first time in Ionian waters I encountered a large piece of net (it was not fishing net because the eyes of the net were to big, but on the other hand the net had floating roles on the upper part. I can’t explain how the net finished on the bottom of the sea right near the edge of the underwater cliff were the water was at least 10 meters deep but if it was planted there for the joy of the snorkelers it was a bright idea. There are not to many fish but the underwater landscape is one of the best encountered in Kefalonia. The water was also very clear.

Great snorkeling.. Beach is small but not busy and water beautiful.. Great little taverna above the beach which is perfect for a snack lunch and cold drink. Small car park with spaces

Lovely beach, can walk out quite a distance before needing to swim. Large car park with picnic areas and a taverna just above it with fantastic views.

Great local beach that's quiet, small, has natural shade for a good bit of the day. Safe and shallow water for children swimming. Can sometimes be covered in sea weed depending on the week/season, so have a look before you commit! The sun will be shaded from the sandy area in the early evening, so go for afternoon or morning if you can.
