Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια. Είχαμε στα 50 μέτρα το φημισμένο εστιατόριο "Γραμπούσα". Στα θετικά ότι μέναμε πλησιέστερο σημείο για να κολυμπήσουμε στα κρυστάλλινα της παραλίας "Μπάλος". Θα ξαναπροτιμηθεί. Where tradition meets Cretan hospitality! Unforgettable stay in Kaliviani! The owners were friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Very clean rooms. We had at 50 meters the famous restaurant "Grabousa". On the positive side, we stayed at the nearest point to swim in the crystal clear beach of "Balos". It will be preferred again.

At 50 meters you will find one of the best restaurant in Crete. It’s 13 minutes with the car from Falassarna, 25 minutes from Balos and 60 minutes from Elafonissi.

Owners were very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. (Loved also the stone and wood decor!) The location is also very good because you are close to downtown Kasteli, Balos Lagoon and Falassarna Beach. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Kissamos! Thank you once again for the wonderful stay!!

Stamatogiannis traditional apartments with wood and stone was the perfect choice for our vacation, offering great atmosphere and a sense of serenity. Also very close, 50 meters away, from the well known Gramvousa restaurant. The apartments are near Balos and Falasarna beach and ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays. Very happy and highly recommended!

It's a great accommodation in a very nice and calm location in a small village of Kaliviani. We appreciated the historic interior of the apartment, as well as the flexibility of our arrival time and great hospitality of the host who took good care of us. He's a great guy ;)

If you want to live in a traditional Cretan apartment and relax in the summer, this is the best place to be.I stayed in Stamatogiannis Traditional Apartments for 7 days. The accommodation there was perfect. The apartment is comfortable and you will love the architecture. The apartment is in a fully traditional Cretan building that was built in the 16th century. Also, the place offers a great advantage since it is located close to famous beaches like Falassarna, Balos and Elafonisi. Another important factor: Gramvousa, one of the best restaurants in Crete, is just 1 minute away from the apartment. Finally, the people there are helpful and provide an amazing customer experience.
