Located in the center of the village, from the room you can directly see Matala beach.
You just need to take the stairs and you are on the beach.
There is everything (shampoo, soap, hairdryer, kitchen) and even a terrace with 2 sun beds, some chairs and a wooden table.
Quality/Price is absolutely fenomenal.
Highly recommend, if I come back to Crete I’ll stop by for sure.
A warning: at late night there will be loud music that could awake you. It was not too dramatic and I stayed awake just for a couple of songs before falling asleep. This is unavoidable if you want to have any room in the center of Matala, so it did not bother us.
