P	Peter Leonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την ημέρα που ήταν να μου φέρουν το βιβλίο από τον εύδοξο, μου άφησαν χαρτάκι χωρίς να μπουν στον κόπο να κάνουν ένα τηλεφώνημα, απλά και μόνο επειδή δεν γράφει το όνομά μου το κουδούνι, έχω μιλήσει μαζί τους 3 φορές για να πάω να το πάρω από την αποθήκη και απλά κοροιδεύουν ζητώντας τα στοιχεία μου και λέγοντας πως θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο εκείνοι για το αν μπορώ να πάω χωρίς να έχει γίνει κάτι τέτοιο The day they were to bring me the book from the eudox, they left me a piece of paper without bothering to make a phone call, simply because my name does not say the bell, I have talked to them 3 times to go get it from the warehouse and just make fun of me for asking for my details and saying that they will call me to see if I can go without it.

Με πήραν τηλέφωνο μια εβδομάδα μετά αφότου είχε φτάσει το σύγγραμμα που περίμενα από το πανεπιστήμιο για να μου πουν ότι δεν με βρήκαν σπίτι τη συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία που είχαν ορίσει για να μου παραδώσουν ενώ ήμουν σπίτι όλη μέρα. Forgivingly unacceptable not to say much more. They called me a week after the book I had been waiting for from the university to tell me that they had not found me home on the specific date they had set for me to deliver while I was home all day.

Στο τηλέφωνο που αναγράφεται στην ειδοποίηση δεν απαντά κανείς παρότι έχω καλέσει επανειλημμένα! Από τα σχόλια που βλέπω στις αξιολογήσεις προφανώς είναι κάποιοι τυχάρπαστοι... Μην ασχολείστε... Χτυπάει, λοιπόν, πριν από λίγο το κουδούνι ένας νεαρός με πακέτο από την Taxypost και μου λέει το εξής: "Έχω ένα δέμα για εσάς, κατεβείτε να το πάρετε". Του λέω ότι δεν προλαβαίνω άμεσα να κατέβω και του ζητάω να ανέβει: "Δεν είμαι υποχρεωμένος να ανέβω" απαντά. Του λέω, λοιπόν, ότι κατεβαίνω. Και μου απαντά ότι αφήνει το πακέτο στην είσοδο. Το πληρωμένο δέμα. Στην είσοδο. "Όχι, δεν θα το αφήσετε στην είσοδο" του λέω και ο κύριος συνεχίζει: "Άντε κατέβα". Θεωρώ απαράδεκτη την πρακτική αλλά κυρίως τη συμπεριφορά. I have been waiting for a book from Public since last week. So, a while ago, a young man with a package from Taxypost rings the bell and tells me the following: "I have a package for you, come down and get it". I tell him that I do not have time to go down immediately and I ask him to go up: "I am not obliged to go up" he replies. So I tell him I'm coming down. And he replies that he leaves the package at the entrance. The paid parcel. In the entrance. "No, you will not leave it at the entrance" I tell him and the gentleman continues: "Come down". I find the practice but especially the behavior unacceptable.
r	raphael photiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exoυν βιβλίο από Ευδοξο από τις 7/4 και αντί να κάνουν κάποια προσπαθεια παράδοσης ή να ενημερώσουν , με περνούν τηλέφωνο από τον εκδοτικό οίκο για να με ενημερώσουν ότι το βιβλίο μου είναι εκεί. (Update: πήγα και πήρα το βιβλίο μου. Το να βλέπεις τα βιβλία ταξινομημένα απλά κατά ταχυδρομικό κώδικα να μαζεύουν σκόνη τόσο καιρό μόνο λύπη προκαλεί) ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΌΤΕΡΟ They send a book by Eudoxus from 7/4 and instead of making a delivery attempt or informing, they call me from the publishing house to inform me that my book is there. (Update: I went and got my book. Seeing books sorted simply by zip code picking up dust for so long is just sad) The worst
Π	Παναγιώτης Λιανός on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά άθλιοι! Απουσίαζα όταν ήρθαν για παράδοση του βιβλίου μου από το Πανεπιστήμιο και δρομολόγησαμε άλλη ημερομηνία παράδοσης. Εν τέλει δεν μου το έφεραν ποτέ και μου είπαν ότι αν δεν πήγαινα να το παραλάβω εκείνη την ημέρα θα το επέστρεφαν πίσω! Σημείωση ότι απέχει 2,5 χλμ από το σπίτι μου! Ο χώρος ήταν πραγματικά απεριόριστος και το προσωπικό αγενές! Really miserable! I was absent when they came to deliver my book from the University and we set off another delivery date. In the end they never brought it to me and told me that if I did not go to pick it up that day they would return it! Note that it is 2.5 km from my house! The space was really unlimited and the staff rude!
Y	Yiannnis K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω βιώσει χειρότερη εμπειρία με παράδοση συγγράμματος μέσω Ευδόξου. Είπαν ότι ηρθαν σπίτι μου και δεν με βρήκαν ειμαι αρκετά σίγουρος ότι δεν ηρθαν ποτέ, ούτε με ενημέρωσαν πρωτύτερα ότι θα ερχόντουσαν και ούτε με ενημέρωσαν ότι ηρθαν και δεν με βρήκαν. Οταν τους είπα ότι δεν μπορώ να πάω στο κατάστημα γιατί μένω στην αλλαη άκρη της πόλης μου αρνήθηκαν επαναποστολη πριν τον Ιούνιο. Αναγκάστηκα να βρεθώ με τον κούριερ ο οποίος μου άλλαξε το ραντεβού 10 λεπτά αφου άργησε και με ειπε να πάω να τον βρω στο συνεργείο του! Απαράδεκτοι τουλάχιστον. I have not had a worse experience with delivering a book through Eudoxus. They said that they came to my house and did not find me, I am quite sure that they never came, nor did they inform me first that they would come, nor did they inform me that they came and did not find me. When I told them I could not go to the store because I live on the other side of town they refused to re-ship me before June. I had to meet the courier who changed my appointment 10 minutes after he was late and told me to go find him at his workshop! Unacceptable at least.
Δ	Δήμητρα Θεοδωροπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθώς η σημείωση του δέματος ήταν ελλιπής (πράγμα για το οποίο δεν ευθύνομαι), ο κύριος που πραγματοποίησε την παράδοση δεν με έβρισκε. Προφανώς τον τάραξε πολύ αυτό το πράγμα και αποφάσισε να μου μιλήσει με νεύρα, αγένεια και ειρωνεία! Σαφώς απάντησα στην αγένειά του και ενώ εγώ έλεγα και έλεγα τα δικά μου εκείνος αποφάσισε να μου το κλείσει στην μούρη! Καταλαβαίνω ότι μπορεί να είχε μια δύσκολη μέρα ο άνθρωπος, να είχε τα δικά του αλλά αντί να το κλείσετε δοκιμάστε να ζητήσετε μια συγγνώμη. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που είχα ποτέ στην ζωή μου με διαφορά. As the note on the parcel was incomplete (which I am not responsible for), the gentleman who made the delivery could not find me. Apparently this thing upset him a lot and he decided to talk to me with nerves, rudeness and irony! I clearly responded to his rudeness and while I was saying and saying my own things he decided to close it on my berry! I understand that the man may have had a difficult day, he may have had his own but instead of closing it try to apologize. Unacceptable behavior and the worst service I have ever had in my life by far.
