★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest place for call center in Greece. Good salaries comparing with the salaries nowadays in Greece. Too much security. All facilities are available, coffee, kitchen where you can have your lunch, this is beside the cafeterias all arround. A lot of activities, parties and trips plus cooperation with clinics and a lot of Magazins and restaurants for better price. Some departments are too much stressful but it depends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, capable people in the TLScontact office, but Teleperformance and TLScontact specifically reeks of an archaic corporation with little concern for the people it serves. Poor website UX, insufficient and poorly designed emails, outdated technology. Not only was my UK visa appointment two hours late, but their system of managing COVID was to have nearly everyone wait outside in the heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place sucks! Staff argue over issues from the past and seem unable to understand your standpoint. The department I worked with rarely could help their customers. They have a system to rate the workers. Everyone argue there and one member frequently changed their behaviour without ever settling on one consistent persona to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to current working conditions in Greece, since the economic crisis demolished the work-pay balance, it is not a bad place tο work. Average salaries are well above what most other companies pay and promotions are usually from within. Conditions are also more than adequate. Very multi-racial with good relations overall.

Career paths available for growth within the organisation, Great benefits, High salary for Greek standards, International and multi cultural work environment; did I tell you the offices look AMAZING? Believe me, they do!
