★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had the petite loft apartment for 3 nights and it was spectacular, the sunset was perfect! No crowds, just yourself and the one you love watching an intimate sunset.
Odisseas and Eliana are fantastic, they have a true passion for the hotel and the island.
Book here and you will enjoy every last moment of your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was AMAZING!!! Our room had a private jacuzzi with the perfect views of the famous Santorini sunset. The most beautiful place I've been to in my life. The shops and restaurants all within walking distance were the perfect touch for a island getaway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PROPERTY! This hotel pre-authorized on a book now pay later rate. When I tried to cancel because of the confusion, the actual owner Odysseus called and ARGUED with me from Greece and said that he already has my money and there is NOTHING I can do, although he was not supposed to charge my card. Two days later on the 22nd, before I arrived on the 27th, the charge was POSTED to the account as if I stayed at the property in an amount more than the reservation. I disputed the charge and called my booking agency and they contacted the resort, and he argued with the representative and hung up on him and told me “i can do what i want to do” - i disputed the charge and uploaded all my documents to my bank and thankfully they were able to credit my account due to misleading information. their “cancellation policy” held thru March 28th at 11:59 when I booked it on May 15th. If the owner and staff could be so unaccomodating, I would never stay at a property like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing views. You can watch the sunset from your front porch or in our case from our little private pool. Staff was great. The relaxation bed outside by the small pool was great too.
Cons - the pool is not heated even though it was advertised as a hot tub. The bed was super duper hard.
I would definitely stay there again though. Great atmosphere and private area to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had/ having a phenomenal experience at this boutique hotel. Our suite was literally on the Instagram spot of oia which is what you pay for- the shared terrace is separate for each suite so ur jaccuzi and sitting place isn’t really shared with others. Even from that the view is just unbeatable. There is a moderate breakfast in the morning, the rooms are clean, fresh towels provided (clean rooms are my top priority), the important thing to know is these are volcano suites so they kind of look like a cave which is essentially the experience we wanted. Some guy wrote in French that toilet paper isn’t allowed in the toilet, that’s literally the whole Greece. The owners are nice and helpful and helped us book A good excursion, booked our cab ride to and forth and there is a bell boy to carry your luggage. Overall we are having a great time here and I was nervous to read some of the reviews but I am not sure what they’re talking about. The place is breathtaking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is interesting but it is important to know that it’s literally a cave with no windows, echoing the way homes used to be built on the island. I didn’t realize this from the photos on the website or the description in a message after booking that called it a “cave house.” The terrace and hot tub (which is only moderately warm, fine for Santorini summers) are not directly outside of the room but rather upstairs in a separate and very small shared area. The room was clean and spacious, not luxurious by any means. The staff was welcoming. These “volcano view rooms” are completely separate from the main part of the hotel. There are lot of tourists walking by during most of the day and especially in the evening so getting in and out is difficult and there is no privacy on the terrace. Overall this could be a unique place to stay but with the amazing Aegean Sea all around, a dark cave with no view was not what we were looking for. We checked out early and requested a partial refund but unfortunately that request was not considered. I booked through booking.com but conveniently the hotel canceled our reservation on the site so I was unable to leave a review there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way beyond expectation! Early check in, late check out, bags transported, breakfast, small errands, fantastic sunset experience with complimentary wine - they do it all proactively. Couldn't have asked for more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was absolutely perfect. The suite itself was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The staff was so helpful from front desk, to housekeeping, to the man who carries the luggage. They arranged transportation to and from the airport among any other extra activities we wanted. I would definitely go back.
