★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional with no customer support their behavior is totally unexpectedle. I delayed 2 min to be at my home so I can take the package the courier already left with a note down on my mail box not even at my home as supposed to be. When I called the answer is we have GPS at the cars but we can't deliver package at the road yea but if the courier was down at my home on the road I can take package. The package come 12:30 via Athens and they don't even sent a text to tell you what time the package will arrive somewhere around 9 am and 8pm. It's so rediculus and the worst is that I payed ups express...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to know, the fact that the courier delivers the parcel without first calling the recipient, refuses to wait even 10 minutes, which causes the recipient of the parcel to then go to the office ups through the whole city, is this part of your client-oriented service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service! Do not ever use their services. There is no customer service at all, their phone numbers do not work. Your package may never be delivered and you won't have any way to contact them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take Away: There are definitely better/more accommodating delivery services that I'd recommend instead.
Context: used to deliver an Amazon package.
-Not good customer service (very vague and seemingly robotic/copy-pasted answers to inquiries)
-Inadequate delivery hours and protocols - my doorbell is broken and I was unaware when they were arriving/didn't know they had arrived because they didn't call/text/email or contact me in any way (I cannot sit at home for all working hours on delivery days waiting....).
-Delivery hours (I assume because this question wasn't answered in my correspondence with them) are somewhere between 9 - 5, so if you're at work, you're out of luck and can't even go to the depot after work to receive the package yourself
-Their only location/pick up point is very much inconveniently placed? I don't know if they have other access points (I can't seem to find this information anywhere)
-You also have to create an account with them to contact them about your delivery, which was a disaster for me because the website kept giving me a very vague error message (Request can't be completed) and so it took me a stupid long time to figure out why and how to actually complete the account set-up...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. Bad protocol where the delivery guy can’t assign your parcel to be picked up from the store. But you have to call in and ask for that yourself. Wasting everyone’s time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick service, especially when I needed to return the parcel I was sent. Called around 3pm, was promised pick up by 6, but was pleasantly surprised that it actually happened within an hour or so of placing the call. Would definitely recommend.
