★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It might or might not be Homer's tomb, but the drive is stunning! and the wild view from there as well. You'll be almost alone even in the midst of summer. Get there on your own wheels as there are no public buses driving there. Absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The significance of said place far exceeds the worth of travel. I took a quad on my own from the campground in 2012. Was the best solo trip money could buy. The journey is only worth what you seek in adventure. Be sure to bring water. Not popular enough where you won't be alone. The piece of no noise is also fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worth the trip (not an easy climb for an ATV) for the view and the quietness of such an isolated place but, unless you can appreciate the history and the meaning of the site, it's just some ruins on the top of a mountain.
