The hotel is awesome. I think it's perfect for every group of age. Really quiet, relaxing, clean, modern, with a big refrigerator and the stuff is very friendly. It's my first time here and I will surely come back. I was totally surprised about the food, which is absolutely amazing, extremely delicious. I remarked a few customers complaining about the extra costs for the air conditioning, but I think it's totally fair to pay for it, because the rooms prices are more than okay. The WiFi is sometimes not the best one referring to the speed of it, but maybe in the future it will be better. ? In conclusion, I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone! It's perfectly splendid! ??

Very friendly staff! Vacations in this hotel was awesome because of the staff, tasty food, reasonable cocktails’ prices, clean rooms and good location. As well, hotel has completely new block with modern rooms and one more swimming pool. Hotel has quite big parking area for rented cars without extra fee. Thank you!

A good 4 star hotel, great holiday even in COVID times. Masks required in buildings until seated and gloves used in the buffet. Weather was great for mid-late September. The food and cocktails was better than many 4 stars hotels I have stayed in for the price, varied and lovely. I was amazed by the beautiful variety of items from international cuisines. Suitable for plant based diets with lots of fruits, veggies, salads and mains. Everything is fresh and taste very good. Very very helpful and professional staff, have absolutely zero complaints about this facility. Special thanks to Evelina, incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating, with the most littlest favour ever, she is there to assist you. We couldn’t be happier! Overall for the money I paid for the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would like to thank you Sunset once again for the great vacation and express my absolute recommendation

Amazing hotel in a picturesque location, all the staff super friendly pool outside of room was a great feature. Very nice bar with a great drinks/cocktail menu Would definitely reccomend to anybody wanting a nice chilled atmospheric break 10/10

It’s easy to give this hotel a 5-star rating…. Starting with the fact that our arrival time was very late, they were there to meet and greet us at midnight and left us a platter of food and a couple of drinks in our room as we’d missed dinner. Everyone we came across was really friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy - the cleaners come in daily and change the linen every three days. It was so nice to come in to a clean space and an expertly made bed every day. The hotel itself has a family vibe about it and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts and evening meals are a buffet style filled with foods you would expect from a Greek island. Lots of salads, taramasalata, fruits, local bread, olives etc with cooked options too; there was plenty of choice and everything I tried was very tasty. We tried a couple of bar meals during the day and the pork souvlaki is to die for….. and the cocktails are pretty good too ? Bali itself is located about 35/40 minutes north of Heraklion and in cove which means the sea was so calm and the water was beautifully clear. It’s far enough from either airport to not see or hear a single aeroplane and close enough to the main road to get out and fully explore the island.

This hotel is a little gem. Until a few weeks ago, I hadn't heard of Bali ( well not the one in Crete anyway). So glad we found it though. Our daughter and her partner stayed here a couple of weeks ago and highly recommended it, so we thought we would try it out. So pleased we did. We cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, it's absolutely immaculate everywhere you go. The room (406) is large with plenty of space, with a swim up pool outside. The food is good, all freshly made and varied choice. However what makes this hotel stand out from the rest, is the staff. They are all so welcoming and friendly. It's a family run hotel and Kostas has a wonderful family! Everybody has a smile for you. If you want a relaxing holiday in modern surroundings, then this is for you. Keep up the great work everyone and Adam and I wish you all continued success with the hotel
