This hotel is casual and that’s good but When we where here our neighbors were drinking vodka whiskey and smoking so we couldn’t swim in our private pool the service is not good and the rooms are small but the beaches and spa are normal

Great resort! We stayed there 4 nights, the service was great and the crew was super nice and kind. Amazing view and the private beach is awsome too. I didn't like that fact that there was no double bed but two beds that they put together, the price of the food and drinks on the beach was expensive compared to other places in Crete. Overall we had a great time. Do you think the same? Like my comment.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights on May 2018 . The room had very poor sound isolation, we could even hear the breathes of the guests in the adjacent room .I spoke with two other guests that complained about this noise isolation issue. The food: Main restaurant offers very good breakfast with large verity of food options. The dinner however is Okay but no more than that. Be aware that if you like to order some drinks water/beer/wine you will find their prices starts with 4.5 Euro for small beer 6.5 Euro for glass of wine. The Six Sense spa center: if you like to use the full spa facilities without any treatment it will cost you 30 Euro per person for three hours. If you will like to make use of part of the facilities for free, you will need to request to access the “Thermes” heated indoor pool which offers some of those facilities. The treatments are overpriced too, the list price is 125 Euros for 60 min massage is higher when I compare it to any of the 5 starts spa hotels we stayed in Austria or Germany. In most cases we paid 5-10 Euros per person for using the any luxury spa facilities and between 80-100 Euros for an hour massage. After we left we discovered that the hotel runs several price lists depends on the season, so confirm the prices in receptions desk before going to the spa. The beach is wonderful, sandy beach in a small bay that blocking the winds so in most of the time the sea was flat and calm, the water is very clean giving you the feeling like swimming in a pool rather than open sea. The stuff where very nice and helpful giving useful information. This is a good place to stay but I can hardly rate it as 5 starts – more close to 4

It was excellent! Our first time in Greece and Crete. This is an awesome hotel right at the water with a private beach and pool. The service is really friendly and great. First we wanted to try out some restaurants for dinner but the included buffet dinner at the hotel was that good we didn't need to. They offer a big variety of different greek and other cuisines. We enjoyed our stay really much and appreciated the help of the people at the reception. Even with a change of plans and changes of bookings of taxis and lunches they were really helpful. We're really happy with the staff, the location and offers and would come back any time to try out some more of the water sport varieties of the hotel and see more places around elounda. If I could only stay longer it would be completely perfect!

Stayed for 7 night. The hotel is very nice. Private beach is really great. Location is peaceful with wonderful view. However we were disappointed by the over priced beverage on dinner - we had half board package but still had to pay 25 euro for half a bottle of red wine (same full bottle on market is 7 euro...) and 5 euro for water. Would suggest taking just breakfast as there are great restaurants around with short driving distance (need to have a car or take a taxi; anyway would recommend renting a car as the area is worth traveling).

Be careful, if you have a half board package you only have access to the buffet restaurant. We misunderstood the explanations about the system (number of courses in or not included) regarding the other restaurants, à la carte. We had dinner in one of them, 3 courses and a bottle of wine, fine but not exceptional, 182 € thank you very much, with 50€ deductible for the HB package. Does not feel right at all.

The staff are lovely but the main swimming pool by the beach is absolutely freezing, despite the hotel’s website clearly stating it’s heated to 27 degrees in the cooler months. The management seen disinterested in resolving, despite the pool being completely empty during a busy half term week!

Rooms need updating, staff great, facilities are not 5star and a courtesy bus should be available to take guests into elounda Village
