Quick response to requests and questions. Man who delivered the car met us at the hotel, paperwork took 10-15 min, had a mobile machine for the credit card... Everything was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and very helpful customer service, excellent weekly billing system in situations where you dont know how long you need the rental. Only real downside is getting your vehicle to the office and parking in front which can be terrible if its busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience with the car at an affordable price range. We picked up the car from Athens airport. Entire process was quick and easy. However at the end, returning the car was a very unpleasant experience. As there was no parking space in front of the office we parked the car hardly two minutes away. We informed the guy at the desk its a 2 min walk but while we were on the way he started ranting and was being extremely rude almost yelling at us on the street. Very bad customer service at Athens Downtown office.
