A quelques minutes des plages, des commerces et de la jolie ville de Rethymno, elle est très bien située tout en restant au calme. Ses nombreuses terrasses nous ont offert des panoramas extraordinaires sur la mer et les montagnes crétoises. Spacieuse et tout équipée, elle nous a permis des vacances idylliques. Piscine chauffée, salle de sport, barbecue, four à pizza...il ne manquait absolument rien. Quant à son hôte... une personne très gentille, à l'écoute et disponible. On ne peut avoir qu'envie de revenir séjourner à la villa Dianna: je recommande vivement. We had a wonderful week in Somatas in May 2018. The villa is just breathtaking (the pictures speak for themselves). A few minutes from beaches, shops and the beautiful city of Rethymno, it is very well located while remaining quiet. Its many terraces have given us extraordinary views of the sea and the Cretan mountains. Spacious and fully equipped, it allowed us an idyllic holiday. Heated pool, gym, barbecue, pizza oven ... nothing was missing. As for his host ... a very kind person, attentive and available. You can only go back to stay at Villa Dianna: I highly recommend.

Der Meerblick aus dem Panoramafenster oder Sonnenuntergang von der Terasse aus genießen.....unvergesslich. A beautiful villa with great facilities. It doesn't get any better than that. Enjoy the sea view from the panoramic window or the sunset from the terrace...unforgettable.

R	Rhonda Dietzler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend this villa. We stayed at Villa Dianna for a week in September 2017. There were 8 of us and we loved the accommodations, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The villa was equipped with everything we could possibly want, from wifi to beach equipment. The pool was a welcome relief after a day of hiking or sight-seeing. It is a short drive to Rethymno but also found some local restaurants and particularly enjoyed our traditional meal at Castello Taverna in Castello. Myron and his family made us feel like family. They were so hospitable and had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable including introducing us to Raki. Two restaurants in Rethymno that we would recommend are Lemonokipos and Avli, had fantastic meals at both places. For hiking try the Imbros Gorge, wonderful scenery on the way there and the Gorge was well worth the hike. Take the taxi back up to your car but insist on sitting in the cab of the truck. Also visit the Ancient Minoan Cemetery, between Somatas and the villa, well worth the visit. Thank you to Myron and Maria!
