Villa Prigipessa - Voukole 3

Piękna willa ,ślicznie położona tylko gospodarza w niej brak.W/g inf jest 6 pokoi i 6 łazienek- nie prawda, tylko 3 pokoje mają łazienki, 1 wspólna łazienka bez możliwości zamknięcia od wewnątrz, jest 1 wspólna toaleta i 1 przy basenie . Po awarii wody w 1 z łazienek - przez 3 dni nikt nie naprawił usterki , woda została zakręcona i wyłączona z użycia !!!! W basenie odpadające płytki - nie usunięte , nie naprawione . Z właścicielem - brak kontaktu przez cały pobyt !!!!

Excelend Place, with a lot of Rooms... You can relax or Party!!! The owner very kind and helpfull in our visit to Chania!!

Superb villa for vacation,luxury through simplicity with great view to agia marina bay.Its close to chania,aprox 15 mins by the car and 5 mins to agia marina and the near beaches!

Villa itself is very nice and with beautiful view. But it's not maintain properly by managers. For our arrival nothing was ready: pool full of small sharp tiles; wrong info about bathroom (there are no 6 bathrooms - 4 baths + WC) which you cannot close - no keys; grass was not cut; unable to close most bedrooms. Villa have a big potential but needs someone to take care of. The only people that were helpful was the cleaning lady and her husband. Owner did not reply to us during our stay and were rude later. But I hope that those issues will be fixed soon!

We booked this villa through Airbnb for our wedding because the pictures look absolutely beautiful. That's where the fun stopped. We had sent a message to the host asking some questions a few weeks in advance of booking, and got no response. We didn't have time to wait any longer so we finalized the booking hoping that everything would turn out ok. We tried calling the host again and finally got through to a woman that said she was the property manager, and that she had double-booked the property and if we wanted to keep the reservation she wanted us to pay double the original price! We obviously declined, and then she wanted US to cancel the booking so that she wouldn't get in trouble! We contacted Airbnb and told them what happened and they agreed to just cancel the reservation. I've summarized the whole experience but going through it was like pulling teeth. The manager was absolutely incompetent and I wish someone else would take over the property because it's so beautiful and we really wanted our wedding there. Such a shame we had to choose a different property.
