β β β β β Not happy with the service. They don't explain to you what's the content of the food. I got something I didn't like and they didn't offer me anything else or even a sorry.
I could've just returned anyway but I wanted to hear how they'll react. The only thing they care about is money. I wouldn't recommend you eating here. Rather go eat at Talos (down the same street) they have amazing service and food. Much better!

β β β β β I cannot understand how this place has received such high ratings. This is a tourist trap that is overpriced with barely passable food. The biggest offense was the Greek salad--I have no idea how they managed to find such bland, tasteless vegetables and olive oil in Crete. I didn't even know you could find tomatoes that tasteless in this country.
The service was as bland as the food, but they do speak English well if that is a concern.

β β β β β The best restaurant in the area. It is located next to the beach and you can just visit this restaurant whenever you want to have some shadow. It comes with a pretty nice atmosphere. The staff speaks English and they are really nice and helpful. I ordered what the waiter suggested and it was pretty delicious.

β β β β β That's the best place to have a dinner. In midday there no crowd here, it's quite calm. If weather is hot and you'd like to avoid it, the restaurant can offer to sit at the second level under air conditioner. The first floor, of course, is bounded by outside.
So, we took a table here. Unfortunately, as we sat down the waiter came over just this moment; she offered fresh fish. Meanwhile, we both my wife and I like fish. However, the offer was so punchy and I was muddled up and confused a bit. We were not informed of price. We accepted the offer with no request how much the meal would be. It's quite reasonable to expect a pricy bill. Both dishes were delivered pompously; even people by next tables glanced at what was placed on my table. Both dishes was really dainty! Nothing is better than fresh grilled fish! Interesting enough, the bill is modest; I expected at least 70 euro! That's my experience of being in this place.

β β β β β The apartment was beautiful, everything is close to the apertement and the beach is 2 min away. The host was also very friendly and nice. I really recommend it!

β β β β β We stayed for twelve days with Antonis in his beautiful apartments.
I cannot recommend this place more highly. Every single thing has been arranged to make your stay a very pleasant one. The apartments are beautifully furnished , the beds super comfortable, the showers fantastic.
The location is perfect , a two minute stroll to a lovely beach where you can rent sun beds. There is also a restaurant right on the beach where the food is outstanding. A small supermarket beside the apartment where you can get all the basics.
Taxis outside the door which will take you to Chania for about 10 euros or less. Just a 10 minute drive.
We would love to come back next year to stay with Antonis because not only is his accommodation outstanding , he is incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed , he even drove into Chania to get us some plug adapters so that we could charge our phones etc.
If you want a lovely , relaxing vacation in a perfect location with a host who is exceptionally helpful , then Zenias Dias is the place for you!

β β β β β My partner and I stayed in Xenios Dias Apartments for a month, we had a brilliant holiday there. We arrived at winter time, unfortunately, 90% of the shops and restaurants are close. Antonis shared many local spots, shops and restaurants with as, which was super helpful, we experienced more things that local would usually do.
Most importantly, the three beaches right in front of the Airbnb ( walk in 1 mins!!!) weβre absolutely amazing, I swam every sunny day. There are 3 cliff-walk routes and a massive park next to the apartment too, you wonβt get bored if you love nature??
