This hotel was amazing! We stayed in a lot of great hotels and this one is one of them! The staff was so friendly and attentive. You never had to wait for anything very long. A slick well run operation, we'll be back!

music blearing out all day 7am to 12 at night what is it with hotels doing this , at £500 night its not on ,stay away go somewhere else . Had own pool opposite beach and was 10 feet away from restaurant ,so woke up to Elton john at 7am in morning then quickly turned down to something else went on all day at night , the funny thing is the cheaper rooms at back silent the food was ok we found Pulse in the old town which seems to be where every body heads to amazing place we ate there every day , art work is really good if you find good ones we did . the old town is quiet even the cheaper hotels are quiet and the not so wealthy places but they live without constant loud music in ears , you can hear birds and people laughing not at this hotel , they all look miserable. We were moved 3 days after next door which was a better room and away from speakers aimed at our door , manager explained we turned down Music just for you , no we said for everybody else well we had no complaints about this well maybe they don't like to> but for £500 a night 6 nights you bet we did after 3 days though so last night we had piece then at 6pm headed up to old town port we had a hired car which sometimes they parked car down road away from Hotel at bottom of road. Good luck if you want to waste money stick to Santorini or Dubai.

We war here for our honeymoon, it' s a perfect place to be, we had privacy, we had fun, the staff made us surprises, spoiled us truly ❤️. The food is an culinary experience, very tasty. The staff is always in good mood, very polite, they always take care of all the guests, all people around us were very relaxed and happy. Hope I will return one day, because it was perfect!

Words cannot explain the joy we experienced staying at this hotel! The property itself is simply gorgeous: the rooms are beautiful and the beach and pools are lovely. The food was also heavenly and the location is also ideal. Above all, the staff are the most amazing people. We were so overwhelmed by the care and kindness they put into making our stay so perfect. They were so invested in making sure we enjoyed our trip. We had our private wedding ceremony at the hotel before continuing onto our honeymoon and the staff thought of every perfect touch to make it unique and special for us. I am so grateful for Iveta, who felt like a true friend and helped us work out all of our details. Her warmth and kindness was so unprecedented and we were very touched by all of her efforts! Despoina also was so sweet and really made such a beautiful memory for us. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit! Lastly, Marie, who checked us in and gave us the tour, was also extremely kind and welcoming. We will always cherish our visit and cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was quite literally the best hotel stay we've ever had. Thank you to the staff at the incredible Domes Noruz Chania!!

A lovely, adults only place to stay. Direct acces to the beach, with outdoor gym available. A very good breakfast and lunch menu! Very friendly and professional employees. Not far away from the beautiful city Chania. (5 to 10 minutes by taxi). We will come back for sure!

This was a 5 star stay! The views from the hotel are stunning. The staff is so friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed during your stay! The location is perfect for walking and exploring the town. I highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay in Domes Noruz. We came with four friends, stayed in the heaven suite; which highly deserves the name. The staff is incredibly careful, offering probably the highest standard of service possible in hospitality. The food is delicious, with typical local specialties, and an amazing breakfast. The facilities, including the spa and swimming pools, are very relaxing and beautiful.

What made our stay at this hotel excellent, above and beyond, was Marie, the Guest Relations Manager. She always checked in with us to see how we were doing and was very attentive. We know that her job in itself is demanding so we appreciate the attention she provided in ensuring we had a great stay. We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations she provided as she was spot on. The whole experience from the room, to scheduling COVID tests, to making sure we had breakfast packages to take with us in the wee hours of the morning, reflected her attention to detail. Marie is a true gem and the Marriott chain is lucky to have her on their staff. What a memorable stay!
