★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We landed at 19:00 but we had reserved the car for 18:00 (forgetting the 1 hour time difference). Rentalcars.com told us they had our flight information so they could see it would be impossible for us to pick up the car at 18:00. When we called this car rental place at 19:15, they informed us they had given away our reserved car as they claimed they did not have our flight information. They took no responsibility, offered no solution and apologizing was too large of a task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yours Car Heraklion charges dubious additional fees and has been shown to misuse its customers' credit card details. Yours Car is therefore not a reputable provider. Bad enough that I have to give another star to write this :-( Beware, scam!
