Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση !!! Ο κύριος στην ρεσεψιόν έκανε μισή ώρα να βρει την κράτηση μας και μας είπε πως θα χρειαστεί να μείνουμε 2 μέρες σε ένα δωμάτιο και έπειτα να αλλάξουμε και να μεταφερθούμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο. Το πιο τραγικό ήταν πως το κλιματιστικό χρεωνόταν 6€ την ημέρα !!! Ενώ στις παροχές που γράφει για το κλιματιστικό δεν αναφέρετε κάτι για την χρέωση. Δεν μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο και αρνήθηκε να μας δώσει την προκαταβολή( την οποία δεν θυμόταν και ούτε είχε σημειώσει πως του είχαμε καταθέσει )

Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να μας καθοδηγήσει να κάνουμε τις βόλτες και τα μπάνια μας σε όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερο μέρος για τις μέρες που θα μέναμε. Το ξενοδοχείο αξιοπρεπές, με την πισίνα του και το βασικό για τα δεδομένα διακοπές-έναν ύπνο θα κάνουμε, δωμάτιο. Παρά πολύ θετικό για μένα ήταν συμπληρωματικά με το πατζουρι, η κουρτίνα block που διάθετε, καθως αν εχεις θέμα με το φως και ξυπνας εύκολα, βοηθάει να κοιμηθεισ Κάτι τις παραπάνω. Παρόλα αυτά κάποιες διορθώσεις θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν για να θεωρηθεί άριστο. Το κλιματιστικό παρότι σημειώνεται ότι έχει έξτρα χρέωση, ηταν λίγο αστείο να πληρώσουμε 24€ για να το έχουμε τις 4 μέρες που θα μέναμε. Ελλείψεις όπως κρεμοσάπουνο, πιστολάκι σεσουάρ της πλάκας, 2 ποτήρια , 2 πιρούνια, μια αδιάβροχη και όχι πάνινη κουρτίνα, θα ηταν ευχάριστο να υπήρχαν. Δεν ξέρω αν έτυχε στο δικό μας δωμάτιο, αλλά το καζανάκι ειδικά μια μέρα είχε δώσει ρεσιτάλ από θόρυβο χωρίς να ξέρουμε τι φταίει. Η καθαριότητα ήταν μια χαρά. Παρότι η τοποθεσία είναι στο χάρτη εντελώς στην άκρη, τα μέρη που επισκεφτήκαμε ήταν μοιρασμένα παντού, όποτε ο χρόνος δεν φαινόταν. Άλλωστε όπου και αν πας θα κανείς αναγκαστικά διαδρομές. Σε γενικές γραμμές η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις. Πιθανότατα αν ξανά επισκεπτόμουν το νησί να ξανά προτιμούσα τον Ντένη , τον πολύ ευχάριστο ιδιοκτήτη, μορφή ατελείωτη!

It is a beautiful place

Really kind staff. Swimming pool is awesome. Rooms with climate.

Basic services that one would expect from a hotel are not provided: - Hot water is only available twice a day during 1-2h, in the morning (which I never caught) and in the evening (until 20:00 or so - dont stay at the beaches too long). Once the boiler runs out of hot water, you shower cold. If you have a baby that needs a bathe at noon or in the middle of the night, you have to dip it in cold water. Same holds for cleaning bottles and stuff. You have to wait until the evening or heat the water in a dirty kettle. - Clothes line on the balcony is barely 1m long, in the shade and close the the wall. You can hang probably 1.5 towels which dont dry 'till the morning. For a beach resort, this is not acceptable. - Hangers in the bathroom are so round, short and arranged so close together that towels do not stay there but fall down. Which would not be that a problem, if the towels were exchanged every day. Wrong: you get new towels every three days. - Bathroom comes without a soap. You probably have to bring your own, I dunno... - Kitchen is not equipped, not even a Mpriki is there to cook coffee - The crib that you rent is dusty and dirty. You gotta clean it before you put your baby in The service team really tries to help you, so they ordered a clothes dryer for us. But still, the resort is old, the rooms are tiny and not relaxing. If you are glad to embark the ship to finally leave then you chose the wrong hotel. Not recommended at all. Especially with babies.

A very nice place to spend summer holidays, especially in a couple! The sea view is fabolous! The supermarket and few tasty taverns nearby are very comfortable! Rooms are big, quite clean and with air conditioning! The owner is nice and kind! If it is possibile, me and my girlfriend will be back! ?

Very run down, a shame the room was based above the bar and the staff (no guests) were intent on drinking and partying till the early hours not very good with a 9 year old. Came out blue after swimming in the pool, it had been painted with normal paint. Small shop and bus stop around the corner so was good for getting on the bus and exploring the island.

Very nice place for families and couples. It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room. The last but not the least, it is quite cheap! :)
