A	Amir Stern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great experience both when getting the car and when dropping it off. Fast, fair, quick shuttle to and from the terminal as soon as I arrived. No waiting for more customers. Giannis was the person that took care at me and he was the best. I am travelling often but never felt taken care of in such a personal way before I met Giannis. Very recommended !!!!

The only but also quite frustrating thing was that Europcar location was quite some way away from the airport, and the address was not easily found when we were to deliver the car again. only by calling the personel a lady gave me the adress to put into google maps and then we found it easily - this could have been made very very clear in the rental documentation proactively. We fortunately had enough time to return the rental car, but if we were in a hurry due to our flight, this was not very efficient.

Everyone there was kind, patient, and understanding. They got everything straightened out and had me on my way in no time. The staff turned a mistake on my part into an excellent experience. I will ever be thankful.
A	Abdulmalik .s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good company but they need to improve the process of delivering people from the airport because it was a long waiting. Also, the process of getting the car was so slow!! We took around an hour and half! But the process of returning the car was smoothly.

We had concerns with any company travelling from the UK, and arriving at 3.30am and heard horror stories about people not showing up for you etc. Europcar could not have been more perfect. Adonis was at the airport as soon as we arrived, shuttled us to the car depo area 5 minutes away, and we were driving away in a lovely car within 15 minutes. No nonsense, great company. We were in a major rush when we returned the vehicle, they checked the car over within 5 minutes, and sent us the confirmation, then they allowed us to leave the baggage in our car, and they drove us to the airport in our car. Faultless service, worth every penny, and you have absolutely no concerns using these guys.

We have been waited with a brand new van in the airport, taken to the car park, given a brand new car that was actually an upgrade to what we have booked and Natasa has made everything so easy and seamless! Couldn’t feel more welcome arriving in Greece to enjoy this beautiful country! Highly recommended!

You need to leave the airport building and go to a bus parking at the end of it. There you find mini bus from Europcar, which brings you to their place in 3 min driving distance. Both the driver of the mini bus and the colleague at the office were extremely professional and helpful. Great experience and kudos to Europcar team!

The shuttle bus took us the short distance from the airport to where Europcar are located, the driver was super friendly and our first experience was great. Once we arrived, we were greeted promptly and Dimitra went through the admin with me. When I had problems with my credit card and had to call my bank she was really understanding and said I could take all the time I needed and did a great job of putting me at ease. She was really welcoming, kind and professional, and made the whole process effortless. Collecting the car was easy and we were even encouraged to take photos of it. The car itself was really nice, like new and spotless. Returning the car a week later was quick and easy. The whole experience was pleasant, the service professional and swift, all of which made us feel confident and at ease. We’ll definitely be booking again (we already have) and absolutely recommend Europcar to anyone looking to hire a car from Athens airport.
