★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really satisfied . One of my best experience when hiring a car. Quick service . Kind and helpful staff despite my early flight they were smiling. The car was in excellent condition . We had a nice road trip during my staying. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, booked a small group car which was very reasonable priced and I got a free upgrade to a convertible one. I had a lot of fun with it . Fast Airport shuttle service. I will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best rental car experience I have had yet. Only hazel was that they were late to pick me up in the airport, but after that, smooth sailing. They drove me to their office south of the airport and had all the paperwork done and ready by my arrival. The overall cost including extra insurance was almost half of the big companies, and when I dropped the car off, they drove me back to the airport. No hazel whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively quick pick up and drop off. I was allowed to use a prepaid debit card. Friendly staff members.
The rental was meant to be full to full when I booked it online but they made us take 60% to return with 60% and it's hard to fill it up to that amount and not more so that was a bit of a downer. The mini bus wait is the a minor downfall, but you get what you pay for so just have to budget some time for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience. I booked a car for a month.
Pros:
- extremely good price in February
- they are not picky with scratches. I didn’t have an accident but I am used on car rentals trying to make money out of scratches that you didn’t even make. They are very relaxed with this.
- they also don’t try to rip you off with the gas. I had to return it full and they never checked if it was really full by attempting to put gas into it.
Cons:
- I had to wait for an hour in the airport. This is a bit scary if you don’t know what is going on. There is a person coming in the arrivals every 20 mins. In my case I had to wait an hour.
- they are usually busy and you can’t reach them easily by phone
Overall I am so happy that they are not trying to rip you off that I give 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and value for money (so far) experience with a car rental company with super clear explanations.
Improvements could be considered such as offering snow chains and extend their working hours.
The only drawback is that they don't always offer the category of the car you purchased, but this policy is applied by any company I have tried so far. A big car is not always handy for Athens. I would also like as an option to be informed if the car I am renting is going to have Bluetooth for calls & music (however no company offers this information before booking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New cars, nice people, quick process, frequent shuffle between the terminal and the lot, but calculate with 30 minutes extra. You need to have the credit card on the name of the main driver. We took a Renault Clio (2021), it was fully equipped - the camera and the proximity sensor helped tons to park in Athens.

My wife lost her cell phone in the transfer car.
The mobile phone was brought to us 20 minutes later and we got our flight.
the car was great. Got a Peugeot 108 in the smallest category.
it had two scratches but these were documented.
A tank deposit of 35 euros was booked on our credit card.
This was refunded two days later.
