M	Muhammad Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental service, steer clear. Had the worst experience anyone could have. Booked an automatic car in advance but when they got another customer who also wanted an automatic we had our luggage thrown out of the car and told we weren’t getting the car. The manager agreed to the fact that he is racist. We are told we won’t get our money back. Stay away!
E	Emil Tunudd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lies and tries to get you to pay more money. Tells us you need to have a credit card to reserve money for a waiver. Doesn't accept debit card even if you have the right amount of money on it. Doesn't try to help you in any shape or form and just tries to get you to leave. This business seems to be a scam just like many other car rental places in the airport. If spoken to in any resemblance of anger (because they are trying to scam you) they tell you they will not talk with you anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They are not accepting any other card except credit (must be physical no virtual card or NFC possible) and it must be on the name of the person renting the car! If not then they charge you extra 100euro....in general the only star is for the guy who is responsible for paper work. The rest of the stuff is extremely rude! Car was very dirty inside. Generally better to avoid this place.
m	marija gelmanovska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid if you fall into any of the categories below! The two starts are only because the guy at the office was pretty nice and helpful. However if you are a younger person with no credit card (they don’t accept debit) be aware that you won’t be able to get the car and they won’t give you the money from the deposit back. Also be aware that they asking for a 1000+ euros security payment, but this isn’t stated anywhere on your reservation. Also beware that the card that you have paid with must be on the same name as the drives licence of the person driving the car, in our case my bf paid for the deposit and I was gonna take the car under my name so they said that couldn’t work. PROBABLY BEST TO AVOID!

Z	Zach Sanford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a non greek speaking American: Paid more than the reservation said, but was because my american license wasn't an international on. However I did reserve an automatic and was given a manual which was unfortunate but I ended up making it work(american problems), it was also midnight. They did accommodate me with our early flight out and made a quick and painless return without trying to make any frivolous claims. I other than the car type, I didn't sense dishonesty like the other reviewers. I can see where the confusions and skepticism stems though.
F	Felix W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant‘t reconmend this car rental. We booked it from Germany via Carjet. This was a mistake. Next time i will read first the rating in google Maps: 1. we booked the car with 2 drivers for free. The service didn‘t know that and wanted 5€ per second driver per day. I show them the booking sheet on which you can read, that the second driver is included. The service told me, the booking sheet is in german, so they didn’t understand. (Although it was necessary to print it in advance) 2. we booked with gasoline Full/full rule. The gas was half full. 3. the car was outside covered with dust. 4. And the worst point: i can‘t block the deposit from My visa. They told me, that i reached My limit and because oft that i have to give them the deposit in cash (300€) and have to pay extra 70€ for that (they told it „handling fee“). With my visa i could pick up the full deposit on the next atm, so there was no problem with my visa. Because we already pay the car in germany we must to pay the 70€ extra. In addition, the tourists next to me (minimum 2) have the same problem with their visa. I think this is a „common problem“ to get extra money for the booking. Please don‘t Book by abby car, if you want a fair car rental.
I	Impressive Stuff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and to our surprise, did not try to sell insurance at all. The car we got was very old with small scratches here and there, but the tyres were robust. When we returned the car, the staff walked around the car and checked quickly, then told us all was fine. Smooth! Make sure you have a credit card in the driver's name, instead of a debit card, for deposit. Car rentals cannot hold amounts on a debit card and therefore charge extra for processing a debit card. I did find the condition of the car too poor and not in line with the rent we paid (we paid around €17/day without insurance; from my past experience that type of cars should be priced in the low tens). But no breakdown or any troubles happened during our trip.
