Super deal. They come to pick you up from the airport. The car is in the parking lot, you do the paperwork and leave. They have an office right next to the airport. They are very ok and I will call them again. Book and pay when you arrive.

Excellent service. Greeted directly at Chania airport arrivals. Car pickup and dropoff directly from the airport terminal. New car in great condition. Better range of car choices and prices than then big name international agencies. No attempts to upsell, sell extra insurance, etc. No problems at drop off. Very convenient and highly recommended.

Possibly the best rental car experience I have ever had anywhere, period. And that’s in 40 years of driving abroad. From the first minute I phoned them for the U.K. and the owner called me back without me even leaving a message, I thought they might be good. Expectations were achieved when they met us at Chania airport with two superb Suzuki Balenos in great condition. Sorted all Paperwork swiftly in the car park and paid cAsh for a deal I could not get anywhere else. 25% cheaper plus free extra driver and full insurance that was 30% cheaper than all the other Big companies. Just fantastic and will always use when in Crete!

I rent a car for a week, everything was amazing with them. Someone waited me at Chania Airport, like we settled. We paid for the car and in 5 minutes we were driving away. Simple and smooth. I fully recomand them. I had a class C car, Hyundai I 20, with 11.000 km. The car was like new. If I ever go back for sure I will rent from them again.

Rented twice from them recently, but won't use them again. First time went ok, but 2nd time the car was not at the port when we arrived (and the ferry was behind schedule). It took a long time for the car to arrive and when he finally did, the driver seemed to be unable to come to us, motioning for us from far away to come to him, whilst we were standing at the regular rental car pick up point, with many bags, suitcases and a sleeping child. While waiting, I emailed Olga at the office but never got a reply. After accepting the car, the guy asked to be taken to Heraklion airport, whilst we were heading the other way (which he knew as we just discussed traffic in that direction..). We went on our way, my child sleeping in the baby seat. At some point, after an hour of driving, there was a truck in front of me, braking hard for some confusion ahead of him, and I slammed the brake, launching my child in his seat forward against the front passenger seat! Luckily he wasn't hurt much, but apparently the guy had just thrown in the baby seat without securing it. As the interior light wasn't working (we tried all the switches, the bulb was really dead it seemed) and it was dark by the time we got the car delivered, we didn't notice this earlier. I am very disappointed that the driver did not tell us or fastened the seat properly..

My experience with people from Autoclub car Rental was a nice one to remember. What was offered was delivered. Price was more than acceptable, vehicle was in excellent condition. Even returning of the car was like in the Bond movie - in the dark of night, deserted airport parking lot, not a single soul to bother you. That is why I will return to them when the time comes to fly to Crete for the fourth time.

I rented a car from AutoClub Chania for a period of ten days. After negotiating the price, for a Fiat Panda car (which remained at 27 euros / day, with insurance included, without paying a deposit, without the number of kilometers traveled, etc.) when I went out in the parking lot to hand over my car, the employee with whom I had negotiated the price earlier, he told me with a smile on his face that I had actually negotiated a low price for a big car, and when he showed me the car it was a Peugeot 301, being pleasantly surprised. I wholeheartedly recommend AutoClub Car Rentals Chania !!

Great Car Rental, super friendly staff. We had the Mini-Bus Toyota 9-seater. The car was new (22.000 km), clean, safe and did bring us reliable everywhere. There was a big storm with a lot of rain. One of the wiper unfortunately broke. I did call them and in 20 min they were in front of the house (Stalos) and did changed the wiper. Also they checked for our safety the the car completely. A perfect service! Big thanks for good work : )
