Upon our arrival at the car rental office we got informed that we have to give a deposit of 1300 euros to rent the car or to pay additional 200 euros to avoid the deposit. Not recommend! Finally, we rent a car from another rental company in the area and we got a much better offer without a deposit.

I wish I read the reviews before renting from this place - better said before trying to rent because we never saw the car. The guy asked for more money than we already paid online and when we refused he didn't give us the car. Had to rent somewhere else in the end. Money out the window. This is the second review I am writing because this thief somehow managed to delete my initial review. Mate, I will repost this for the rest of my life, stop robbing people!

The prices might be low, but it is not worth it since they scam customers. I was offered a cigarette smoke saturated vehicle for a 30 day rental. I attempted to exchange and mentioned that I did not know that I needed to request a non smoking vehicle. They were unable to exchange and charged me for the full 30 days even though I only had the car for 2 hours! They proceeded to lie to the 3rd party rental company (Wisecars) and stated that I canceled for no reason. Also, avoid Wisecars. They are a shady company as well. Please rent through Chorakfakia Car Rental or Kappa. They will treat you fairly. Edited on 24 May 2022: I noticed that their employees are writing fake positive reviews. Beware
G	Giselle M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out was a breeze and the rental agent Bobby was very kind. He even gave us a list of recommendations for must visit places. The car drove perfectly, even through the awful road to get to Balos. Check in was even easier and the walk to the airport very short, overall would recommend.
A	Agnieszka Kas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An attempt to extort money for a dent in the fender (if we had 10 minutes, we would have repaired the fender ourselves) in the colossal amount of 350 euros. After reviewing the photos taken when picking up the car, it turned out that the fault happened earlier. Be sure that if you don't buy their insurance, you will be robbed. Very aggressive service, if we had more time we would call the police.
J	Julia Planes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost 2 days after I was supposed to pick up a rental. I went through a 3rd party website, but nobody seems able to get in contact with the local office. I've called the number listed here, the 3rd party customer service called the regional OK Rentals office, still no resolution. I was a bit late to pick up- about two hours stuck late at work, but got to the rental office at 7pm when they supposedly close at 10. Was there until almost 8 when a friend gave me a ride home, left to hit an ATM for cab fare, came back and waited until 8:35, still closed. Nobody from OK called or emailed me yet to ask how to fix the situation or explain and I am fighting to get refunded so I can rent elsewhere.
