Outstanding services in general: Great and new cars with really good prices, the customer service is also on point, people working for the company are very nice and friendly. I did not meet any struggles or have any complaints throughout the procedures from renting the car to returning it. Everything is quick, helpful, informative, and easy. 100% recommend from me ^^

We then traveled to Athens from Saloniki and they provided a car there too. They have stations everywhere in Greece. Great company. Thank you guys you were fantastic!!

They charge Euro 25 you for returning the car earlier than 8 a.m., however this was not stated anywhere while booking the car or in the voucher. There is no way to leave the car and drop the keys AND you have notify them 2!!! days in advance if you return a car before 8am. Imagine how cool is that in case you have a flight change! But this is not the main problem, their support is horrible. When I called them they where horribly unpolite and impudent! On any argument i tried to provide the only answer i got was "This is your theory, i work here for 10 years I know better". The lady i talked to even tried to convince me that I cannot return the car earlier than when my booking ends even if it is after 8 am. When i said that other companies work differently she asked "Have you rented cars from all companies in the world?". No comments here. They know that in most cases you need to get to your flight right after you return the car and you are in hurry and they abuse you in this way since you have no choice. So, never Dirent again.
S	Sean Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience. First off we choose Dirent because of their good reviews unlike other renters at Thessaloniki Airport who got terrible reviews. Pick up from arrivals was quite quick and their depot is only a couple of kilometers away. The car, a Micra, wasn't exactly fresh and had a lot of small chips on the bodywork. But these were all noted in detail. The car was all very clean inside and out. It drove well, we had no issues and on return there was no fuss or microscopic examination! We would rent again from this location.
g	gutmiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and reliable company. I rent a car for three days, it was two years old only and in very good shape. From the upsides they don't insist to sell you more products that you already bought. The return procedure was easy and without delay. Strongly recommend.
A	Arrigo Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an unbelievable experience not to repeat, pay attention because even if not written anywhere or communicated before rental, you need to give back the car perfectly cleaned inside (imagine how difficult it is if you go to the beach especially with babies...) otherwise they cover you cleaning expenses at the end of the rental, and not few money but something like 100 eur that is not specified anywhere in the contract or in the rental conditions. Pay lot of attention because in first inspection they say to make photos/videos of the conditions of the car outside but regarding the inside part you just give a quick look to the gasoline and nothing else, so everything can be inside and maybe they say is your fault. Imagine to pay 100 eur cleaning, without any proper invoice related, for a car left in such conditions (everybody can see attached photos). First time that happens something like this in years of holidays in Greece, that we love and we will continue to love despite of this shameful behavior.

It wasn’t their fault, and they did what they could to get us back on the road. Life happens and stressful situations can’t always be avoided. The main thing is that they stepped up. When we’re back in Greece, we would definitely rent from these guys again despite our troubles. It’s not falling down that makes us who we are. It’s getting back up that matters. Thanks Guys!
