S	Simona C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato online una macchina con GrCar. Ci sono venuti a prendere in aeroporto e ci hanno accompagnati nel loro ufficio a 5 minuti dal terminal. Dopo aver firmato un documento ed aver pagato ci hanno consegnato la macchina. È possibile pagare sia in contanti che con la carta di credito, non c'è alcun tipo di caparra. La Fiat Panda che ci è stata consegnata ha fatto il suo dovere e ci ha accompagnato in un bel tour nelle chalkidiki. Alla riconsegna siamo stati riaccompagnati prontamente in aeroporto. (Sapere qualche parola d'inglese può essere d'aiuto). Comunque servizio consigliato! We booked a car with GrCar online. They picked us up from the airport and took us to their office 5 minutes from the terminal. After signing a document and paying we were given the machine. You can pay either in cash or by credit card, there is no deposit whatsoever. The Fiat Panda that was handed to us did its duty and accompanied us on a nice tour in the Chalkidiki. On return, we were promptly returned to the airport. (Knowing a few words of English can help). However recommended service!

I booked a car with them for a business trip that I made recently (September 2021) in Greece: 100% positive experience, I enjoyed it very much and I highly recommend it.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, nach einer kleinen Diskussion über den Tank. Fast processing, but almost empty tank at handover (refueling was then from almost zero at your own expense). Very unfriendly service, after a little discussion about the tank.

Wir werden zukünftig nur noch bei Antonio buchen, der außerdem sehr gut deutsch spricht! Fast and uncomplicated collection from the airport and handover of the vehicle (very reliable Opel Astra), followed by fast processing and all at very fair prices. In the future we will only book with Antonio, who also speaks very good German!

Wir hatten es vor der Abgabe des Autos nicht mehr geschafft, in die Waschanlage zu fahren und der Kollege vor Ort war extrem verständnisvoll. Einer der Mitarbeiter spricht auch Deutsch, was super hilfreich ist. Meine Freundin und ich würden hier definitiv wieder ein Auto mieten. We were super satisfied. The team was very accommodating and flexible. We hadn't managed to drive into the car wash before handing in the car and the colleague on site was extremely understanding. One of the employees also speaks German, which is super helpful. My girlfriend and I would definitely rent a car here again.

They don't sell additional excess insurance and if anything happens you won't pay a penny which is great ! Car was't the newest but clean and good runner. Will definitely go back.
