Ž	Žiga Kovačič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online renting was fast, without problems. Pickup experiance was terrible. When we get there, we (family 2 adults 2 children) have to wait for them 30min. They came with a van. We were not the only one and guess what, when I came to the van with the family it was already full and did not have enough space for the family. The driver of the van told us that he will be back in 5 min but he needed 15min... They knew the family is comming, becouse they saw that I booked two child seats, but no priority for the family. A car: 5 years old nissan micra and it was nice suprise, the best rent a car I ever got for that money! It was spacious, more than enough place also for the baggage. And it was powerful and with low fuel consumption 5L / 100km.

D	David Gillingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the cheapest car hire from Thessaloniki airport that included zero excess insurance. Driver met us at the airport and took us about a mile or so to their office which is on the main road out of Thessaloniki, but situated with all the other car hire companies. As we completed our paperwork online it only took 2 minutes and we were away. Fuel was return at the same level, which was fine as the Fiat we had had a half a tank of petrol. No issues with the car.
J	Jan Kuczałek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer clear despite the low price. The actions of employees indicate that customers are being tricked into damage allegedly due to their own fault. Upon picking up the car, an impolite employee stated that he did not remember the scratches he had indicated and demanded photos confirming that they were at the time of rental. The employee did not respond to the indications that taking photos is not the customer's responsibility, especially since the service at the beginning informed that all the damages are in the so-called "system" and did not want to check the condition of the car in it. You can see the system is based on the memory of employees. Luckily I took pictures and the worried scammer had to take the car. Additionally: unfavorable fuel policy (the same amount, in practice you will always return more), insurance in an external company - in case of damage you have to pay and apply for a refund, poor access to the car pickup point.

We received a new car having to negotiate. It was an extremely rude and unfair service we had. We had filled the tank of the previous car to the max, not knowing it would not start again. Upon our return, we had to deal with a German speaking employee (no Greek, no English) that refused to pay us the gas back even with the proof of payment. He thought appropriate to shout at us even though we were cordial and clear. Miserable company, awful service, rude employees for the most part, and undeniably incompetent even in winter when there are much less tourists coming
S	Sophia M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many fake reviews unbelievable went on the Thessaloniki brand had to wait for a long time for pickup from the airport and processing as well took almost 2 hours and the state of the car that he gave us was atrocious! And then! When we took the car back they tried to scam us by making us pay £400 to release some sort of “envelope” he was definitely talking rubbish when our car had a full insurance that covered everything we spoke to the company that arranged it all and even they told us to run Away but we couldn’t because they held our passports very traumatic experience especially for me that has a panic attack and always anxious. At the end we stood our ground and we almost missed our flight, I definitely do not recommend this scamming company to anyone avoid !!!!
