Great hotel. Messed up at the beginning with our room but couldn't do enough to amend the mistake. Great hotel great staff

5 star experience! We felt like celebrities in our Honeymoon Villa Suite with jacuzzi, sauna, private patio and infinity pool. From the fresh ginger lemonade they serve you upon arrival to the candy bar and fresh lemon water up front, to the girls at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us make our dinner reservations... Impeccable service! The breakfast service and pool bar are both incredible. The spa is so romantic. We got a couples massage then a full body package with wine and fruit on our second last day. This is for sure the kind of place you want to spend time at. So if you plan to go out and explore the island and spend no time at this resort save your money. We spent 5 nights in Santorini and spent almost 3 solid days just enjoying the resort pool, our room and eating dinner on our private patio. The transfer service is amazing too. Budget for it though. We used it a lot to get to Oia and the Kamari Black sand beach. We went to Fira a couple times too. Only Imeravigli is free but we heard our transfer service was cheaper than taxis. The driver is so nice and opens the door for you every time!We spent about 2-300 euros in transfers. To get to Oia is 25€ one way so 50 for drop off and pick up. But we never had trouble booking a time or getting a pick up so well worth it our eyes. Maybe the more adventurous would book the ATVs but after a long hot day shopping, sight seeing or at the beach, I'll tell you the air conditioned van was a welcomed sight!!! 100% we will be back one day. If there is a negative at all, it's that the patio although "private" the next two rooms can actually see your patio so it took away from my desire to topless tan. Haha. Also it's not the most sound proof place if you get my drift. The first day there was a very loud family two suites down and it was very annoying but luckily they checked out the day after we checked in. It's isolated, quiet, peaceful and literally in the middle of no where. Do not get any weird ideas of walking anywhere from this place so save up $$ and use the transfer service. We always found cabanas and chairs at the public pool. In fact most times we were the only ones there. Very calm and quiet place. Just what we wanted for our honeymoon. NOTE: its on the sunrise side, NOT the caldera sunset side. So if you want the sunset views book a transfer into Imerovigli and a nice restaurant. Our best sunset dinner was actually in Imeravigli and its way cheaper and less busy than Oia.

Really relaxed place away from everything. Not that you would need to leave, as all the food is lovely. The staff very attentive. Perfect for a week of ultimate relaxation. Transfers from and to places on the island available from the hotel very useful. All round beautiful place.

Enjoyed our luxurious stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were prompt with all requests. The food served here was equally delicious. If you're after peace & serenity with a bit of pure indulgence then I highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel !!! Huge & super clean rooms with big terrace and private pool, excellent breakfast (one of our best in Santorini), ultra confort bed, nice staff, beautiful & quiet atmosphere. But you need a car as it is remote. No caldeira or cycladic village view but nice sea view still. Globally much better than all the pictures on the website :)

The private jacuzzi is a great experience. The terrace is huge, the room is very spacious and the bathroom looks a lot better in reality than in the pictures. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Stayed there in a suite with its own jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Very quiet place, the staff was very polite, discreet and helpful. Great place if you want to relax away from the busy caldera.

The hotel is a boutique hotel located at the east side of the island. It is clean, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are in perfect proportion to the size of the hotel.The manager Sofia is kind and professional, she listens when guests have recommendations. The bar tender Harris is exceptional, he brings experience and class. We liked the food and stayed in for dinner often. The only area for improvement is that the rooms need a coffee machine. If we return to Santorini, this will be our hotel.
