IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR RATING. I WOULD. The car I was issued had an odometer reading in excess of 250,000 km. It was scratched and dented, but I was assured it will be reliable. We drove the car from Athens Airport to Lefkada. The car broke down twenty kilometers on route to Porto Katsiki during a daily excursion. This Rental Car lasted only 3 days. My family of six waited for approximately ninety minutes for a tow truck to arrive in 36 degree heat. Due to the break down the return trip back to our apartment in Lefkada incurred an additional cost of 86€ via taxis. . Imperial / Apollo Rentals policy stated a replacement vehicle will be provided. They did not provide a replacement. We were forced to rent another vehicle from a reputable Car Rental Company this time in Lefkada for four days at an additional cost of 850€ because they required a driver to return this car from Athens airport back to Lefkada. Their depot I phoned Imperial/Apollo rental approximately sixteen times. They kept saying we'll investigate. THEY ARE A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. DO NOT HIRE A VEHICLE FROM THEM IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. PLEASE.

The girl was very friendly though very very very busy , I felt sorry for her :) The price was good and the car was allright. Deposit was 350,- wich is reasonable and extra driver an all in price, very nice. We had to bring the car back earlier ,because of circumstances we left 4 days earlier. No money refund. The deposit refunded in a few days like promised. I called them a few days ago (oktober) and explained I would come for 4 days to Athens and asked a price, which I would expect to be reasonable because I paid this summer 4 days for nothing.But I spoke to a man, the deposit was 500,- and the price not very cheap. I rented a car through sunny cars now. Pity because I would have rented with them if they gave me a better price.
N	Nondas Kargakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROME HERE! We booked a 2019 car for 2 days in Andros island. When we arrived they told us it was not available and they gave us a 2009 car instead full of damages inside and outside with the windows not working. When we returned it they kept 160€ for damage we didn’t do in order to “repair’ the car. We have the video to prove that the scars were there in the first place and will go by the law. Ps we were not the only ones with this issue when returning the car. They are scam!

I payed 40euros extra to get a car delivered and after 10 phone calls I managed to get the car with 2 hours delay. The guy who delivered the car said that he will charge me 10 euros extra for driving around while trying to find me. The car was 20 years old and the gearbox was also problematic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
G	Giulio Paci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental experience so far. We rented a car from Apollo in Athens through Imperial car rental. We spent 500€ for 12 days. The price included a FDW, 24/24 road assistance and they promised new, well maintained cars. We received a 12 years old car, with two cracks on the wind shield, broken radio antenna, missing parcel shelf, bumps and scratches on all the sides. The tank was completely empty. After a couple of days we used the car to go to a restaurant 20Km from our hotel. At the end of the dinner we discovered that the front lights were not working. No spare part, no manual... Even the screwdriver to access the fuse panel was missing. So we decided to call in order to request help. They said that there was nothing they can do, maybe we can call again after 10am and they will provide a solution... They refused to do anything! The next day they suggested me to find a car service and pay for the repair on my own. The next day we also discovered that there was no cleaning liquid for the windshield and that there was a plastic part hanging on the bottom of the car. From that point we felt very unsafe, with a very bad car, in isolated areas and with no assistance available. They did not excuse, they did not refund anything. Avoid both this company and Imperial car rental!

Inconveniently located from the Athens airport, hard to find. They kept the deposit, they "came up" with a scratch that would be $600 to repair. DO NOT RENT.

According to the booking confirmation, the company OptiRent should be the rental company. The shuttle service that was supposed to pick me up at the airport was 2 hours late! I was taken to a car place near the airport. The actual rental company was Apollo and not OptiRent. The car had almost 160,000km but it drove fine. Be careful when handing over the car. The company does not write down previous damages. You are supposed to make a video of the car yourself. There was a problem when returning the car. There was damage to the car and I was supposed to show the video. But of all places, this spot was not on the video and they wanted to charge me for the damage. It took twenty minutes and the employee of the company found some old photos of the car, where the damage was already visible. I did not have to pay for the damage.
