Mass focused hotel zero support for the individual. Staff is rude because of family issues and they think that somehow visitors are a pile of money. They wouldn't leave us alone busting into our rooms without permission to remind us we have to pay. In such a tourist friendly country this hotel is just honestly shame for the public. When we arrived our room was occupied by some drunk guys ....we waited untill 4o'clock to get in and in the meanwhile we were told that WE had to get them out of there cause from now on WE were paying for their stay. Not a single good morning etc. was spelt by the reception and the family's members wich is a matter of common politeness to the customer. I personally was FALSELY accused of destroying hotel's property WITHOUT ANY SORT OF EVIDENCE . I have travelled all around the world and this is by far the worst place to stay, in generall a lot of red flags. The only good thing there was the maids that i would rather see run the hotel than clean it.

Poor hygiene, tiny rooms (10 sqm for 4 people). Firmly NOT recommended.

Good location. Very close to town but 10min up steep stairs..not a bad walk. Rooms were comfy but the electricity points were in really awkward spots. Wifi here sucks so much it basically doesn't work. Nice pool and chilled vibe. Seems popular with the contiki tours (saw some coming in)

Really good place to stay, there are a few things that Need to be noted before booking These are: 1) The toilet was unfinished with a large hole and with just a tile sitting over this hole. Occasionally a beetle would crawl out of this hole. The toilet seat also kept falling off. 2) There was hotel storage on top of our shower which was very odd. 3) The towels were very rough and not soft at all, the toilet towel was the same as the body towels so the towels obviously get shuffled, so it’s a gamble when drying off. 4) At around 8am we could hear screaming loud doors banging from the cleaners, which woke us up every day. 5) The wifi is terrible, I wouldn’t even say this place had wifi. The wifi worked in one spot and that’s next to the pool which wasn’t even that good anyway. 6) The room was unfinished with exposed wires coming from the TV 7) The room was very small, especially when there’s two luggage’s in the room. 8) Overall this hotel is run by a family which isn’t a high class stay so this is to be expected

Are you an English guy with a passion for alcol? Yes - this is the right place for you, otherwise not. Service quite embarrassing and poor hygiene. At least they changed us the room after requesting. Good position

Recommended only for student with very low standard requirement stay. The location is very very dirty and without any kind of facility or service. Good position but if you want to reach the Chora (the town center) you have to walk for 10 minutes. Good pool bar service.

The room was dirty, they didn't clean or change the bed sheets and towels unless we have asked them to and even they would argue about it. The rooms really need a renovation (old and dirty furniture, broken doors, old bathroom etc). Half of the personnel is very rude. Also the hotel manager asked us to pay for the room, the day we checked in, 4 days before we were supposed to checkout. It was a really bad experience.

I don't understand all these low reviews. Yes the rooms aren't fancy and modern but they are clean, comfortable and authentic. The pool is fantastic. Perfect size, temperature and dynamic of adults mainly. The food is outstanding. Simple, but exactly what you want. Big cheap buckets of chips but the pool or a missive plate of nachos. The hotel is 1/2 minutes away from where the ferry drops you, which is also where the shops and restaurants are. Staff are so friendly, service is great and the cocktails in the pool, is what you come for.
