β β β β β The best place to stay in Ios! Caterina is the best host ever, she will feel you like in your home. Rooms are essential and renovated, bathroom is extremely good and beds also. The cleaning service is perfect. And the breakfast is super and fresh, served with accuracy. Free parking is available in front of the structure and if you want to take a walk, the amazing port area is just around the corner (but enough far to hear only silence) with markets, restaurants and all you may need (seeing boats in the port is beautiful). And if you want to reach Chora, it's 5 minutes by car. Thank you Caterina for all your cares!

β β β β β Very clean, friendly staff and Great location. close to the port, local bus, a lot of restaurants, bar and cafe around. We could see beautiful sunset from our balcony.
Every morning we woke up with bird chirping and smell of jasmine flowers. Whatβs the dream.

β β β β β Positive: The location 2min walk from the the ferry arrival point of Ios is very convenient: shops, bars, car rentals, restaurants and a supermarket are all to be found within a 100m radius. Nonetheless it is a quiet location where you can find rest a good sleep. The house itself is perfectly maintained with lovely decorated rooms and a terrace at the front where you can take your breakfast. All rooms are super clean and equipped with aircon, fridge, hairdryer and a (very small) tv. I found the bed comfortable and the patio/balcony a lovely place to relax. The city of Chora is a 10min walk away (mainly uphill) as are the best sunset spots on top of the kastro hill. The lady who owns the pkace speaks English and French aside from Greek and is very kind and helpful. I really felt at home when I stayed here for 6 nights!.

β β β β β Positive: We stayed for 4 days, The hotel was close to the port witch is a big + because you donβt have to take any taxi to transfert just walking 2 min and you are there. The employees were very nice, gave us the information about the room. The room was perfect for 2 with a little balcony that we could enjoy a drink. The breakfast was good because there is a variety of choices so you coule switch every day. The fact that it is very central helps a lot! Thank you. Negative: N/A.

β β β β β We had enjoyable three night stay at Avra Pension. Felt welcome. Room was well taken cared and clean with comfortable king sized bed, spacious balcony for the evening sunsets, or morning coffees. Quiet location, walking distance to most places. Bakery and grocery store literally 2 min, port 3 min away on foot. Would stay again.
