M	Michael C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a budget hotel so your expectations should be low, however I thought it represented good value for money at the time of booking and is perfect for a one night stopover, any longer and you might want to travel further. I wanted somewhere for one night beside the ferry port so I could explore Ios Chora for a night without having to drag my bags too far, this was just right. The room was clean and comfortable if somewhat basic. Wi-Fi was excellent, view from the room was good, the air-con was just a little temperamental. It's near some places to eat & drink, there's a supermarket nearby as well as a beach, and outside there's the bus stop taking you up the hill to Chora or Mylopotas beach.

The bathroom looks like something out of a communist prison with a window that faces out to the bed area. Why? No dresser and a Harry Potter cupboard of a closet. I wasn’t expecting posh living but was expecting what was advertised. Space isn’t livable two adults.

We suddenly needed to reschedule our holidays and recover a bit from the accident - so we asked if we could stay night longer. And another night longer. And another one. During this whole process the hotel made everything that we could stay and the staff was very caring and helpful.
R	Roberto Naddei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms and everything works. Nice views from the outside balcony. The place it's very comfortable since it's right in front of the port. The people at the reception are kind and always down to help. They offer many services but there is a lack of organization sometimes, since they also rent cars, are an info point, arrange cruises. Just a bit more to be an amazing hotel. *During my stay i had to wash some clothes and they offer a laundry service. I asked how it's work and the receptionist just said "bring me a bag with the clothes downstairs", so did i, but i took it in a hurry, giving my shirts back to me not even ironed. If you want to offer this kind of service, i think you should consider a form to fill out so you will meet the customer needs for sure.

The bed is good and the balcony perfect. We used it for breakfast and late night stuff. The shower was good and the soap was delightful! A little bit of noise from the port. If you closed the door and window it was totally quit! The hotel is placed central at the port and by 15-20 min walked you are in central city. A hotel I will recommend!
