A	Anna Wollaston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did it take them 1h to process our booking (despite there being only one person ahead of us when we arrived that was being serviced!), but the car we were given was VERY OLD AND IN EXTREMELY POOR CONDITION. It was full of scratches and dents and very tatty inside. The gear stick jammed, and was so used that the gear numbers were completely rubbed off (!!). The company tried to sell us this as an "upgrade" because it was bigger than the car category we booked. When I refused to take this car (by which point we already wasted nearly 1.5h) they told me that they can give me a different car (no apologies!) but that it still needs to be cleaned which will take another half an hour! Only after I kicked up a fuss loudly telling other customers waiting in line about the poor service we received, they they suddenly decide that the alternative car is ready. Avoid at all costs!

O	Olga Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could not find a car anywhere - it was either too expensive or there were no cars available, I spent 10 days writing to all the car rentals in Crete begging for any car as our trip meant to travel around the island changing hotels every 3 days for 2 weeks. The Auto Candia representative met us at the airport at 3am even though we forgot to give them information about the flight. She spoke perfect English, showed us to the car, all the papers were done quickly and we left the airport after some 15 minutes happy with the car which was a Fiat Tipo, even a better car than had been promised. We returned the car as fast as we received it, no problem so far. Thanks a lot for making our trip easier! ❤️

L	Lukas Michalik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental was OK, I could not understand the behavior after returning the car at Chania Airport. We returned the car early. We were told the airport is 400m away and, that there is a shuttle bus, that due to corona will take only 1 person per ride with luggage, but he might be nice and take the 2 of us. The bus driver told us the rental company made a mistake they should give us the car for 5 minutes take my fiance to the airport with luggage, because due to corona he can take only 1 person that rented the car, no luggage, no water, no food, nothing. The car rental told us something else. after talking to each other both were blaming us for lying, as obviously we were "told the truth" and decided not to take luggage 2 pieces of big luggage and 2 pieces of small luggage + laptops with my fiance to the airport, but rather walk with the luggage temperature above 30 degrees. The only option was to walk the "400 meter". Once on the way, my maps showed It was 1 km not 400 meter and there are NO SIDEWALKS, only road for cars. So we ended up running to the airport on the road for cars with about 60 kg of luggage and cars passing around us in weather above 30 degrees. You will not be told the truth and it is probably done on purpose. Such a disappointment. I don't understand the purpose of the rental company making such a bad impression after you returned the car and the keys. If they would told the truth you are back in 5 minutes with the car and happy about your rental, but that was not the case. AVOID THESE LIARS!
L	Lenka Ariel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car and paid additional full insurance for 3day car in Greece. Car wasnt provided despite having drivers licence accepted within EU with no problem. If you don't read every tiny detail of a fine print they can just keep the money despite not providing the service you paid for. Requested refund but didn't get any. Agency next door provided a car without any problem with same licence.

:	: Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is advertised that someone is waiting for you at the airport- true, then only one person can go to an offsite parking lot after 30+ minutes of waiting (while my tired 2years old and wife had to stay at the airport). You then wait more there to get a car; If you do not purchase their insurance (already got one through discovercars) they will force on you a full to empty policy; as you will not use up all fuel you'll end up paying a lot more than with other large brands; I am sorry we went with them; DO NOT RECOMMEND!
