★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most likely doesn’t exist… We arrived in Crete and tried to contact them several times. They either declined our calls or simply hung up on us. We also asked different companies about them, but none of them recognized the name. IF THEY EXIST, DON’T PAY IN ADVANCE !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a car 3 weeks in advance, when we arrived we tried to contact the company but they answered like 1/10 calls we made. Their kiosk is impossible to find, and eventually we gave up because the person which we contacted didn't even bother to give us any directions expect the one you can find on Google.
I doubt if the company event exist because anyone from the personel at the parking didnt have any clue about them. Luckily we didn't pay anything in advance. Do not recommed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid big money for the full insurance package, that is actually not “full”, because the glass parts, wheels and the parts underneath the car are not covered. They charged us for a bumper damage that was supossed to be covered by the full insurance. Customer service is missing at his company. This was the first bad experience we had with a rental car in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite delayed landing and collecting car with a huge delayed we have been treated very friendly. The member of staff provided us with very usefull information and advices.
They have given us bottles with cold water.
The procedure of returning the car was very simple, quick and easy. Great experience!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The price for car rental and insurance was cheap compering to others. We strongly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best prices including the insurance. Overall a great experience and would rent from them again. New car with low km, clean and the exact car I wanted. I asked them about delivering the car to me at our hotel, no problem. Also they picked up the car from the hotel, great service!
A couple of suggestions:
- better communication. I wasn't sure that my requests were going to happen, a quick response like "ok, see you then" would have gone a long way in making me comfortable.
- be on time. When you agree to 10:00 am be there at 10:00 not 10:45.
- ensure all fluids are topped up. I had to put water in the windshield washer.
Still this was great service and would rent again.
