He offered to pick us up from the harbor if necessary. The house was very clean and we were offered normal hotel amenities. We will definitely stay here when we visit IOS again.

The houses are really close to the Chora (Village) of the island (5mins walking). There is also a bus stop near of them so you will be fully served for your transportations. Another advantage is its distance from the port too. But the most significant is the hospitality of the host and owner. I don't thing you can find such a good place to learn new people and have fun... Strongly recommended and my real appreciation for the hostage! (ALSO THERE IS GREAT VIEW FROM THE ROOMS)

Alex is an amazing host who was very friendly and often socialised with us, even generously giving us some ouzo and such. The location is good, sitting right between the port and chora - so only 5 mins walk to each. Would 100% stay here again!

Alex is the perfect host and provided us with a lot of information about the island. A great place to meet new people from around the world and the location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minute walk to the main town and 10 minutes to the port and beach. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the main hotspots around the island. The stay here has been a great memory and thank you Alex for everything :))

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The building is located in a safe neighbourhood and is very close to the port and the old town. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is very clean and best of all, it is really close to the port and the city. Everything is from short distance. The view on the balcony is also very nice! I recommend him and will come back to Grandma Vasiliki if I ever go back to Ios. :)

The location is very interesting, it is located between the port and the night life place. It has a lovely view. Alex is very friendly and always ready to help.
