★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely. friendly hotel - just a few minutes walk from the seafront overlooking the Caldera and from the centre of Fira. Great location. Lovely pool. Could do with some TLC, air conditioning unit not functioning. Very clean throughout and super friendly staff. Would have been nice to have a kettle and some mugs so we could make ourselves coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Hellas is an amazing and friendly accommodation. Just a short walk from the center of Fira, my brother and I were able to walk there and back multiple times a day with no inconvenience. The staff were all so welcoming. You can really tell it’s a family business. We loved relaxing by the pool midday, and the short walk at night. Would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were so kind to us, the room was lovely and spacious with air conditioning and a fridge for keeping our snacks. Plenty of hot water in the shower and they cleaned our room everyday.
Extremely reasonable price and it is ideally located beside quad hires, restaurants and not to far from the bus station (10 minute walk)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host is nice and there is a pool outside and some tables. There is a view of the sea in the garden. In the room it is noisy during the night though and there are not many places to hang your clothes in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel with a very friendly owner! You get what you pay for. The room had a big balcony with a beautiful sea and cityview. The beds were good, the bathroom was very modern and everything was clean. Also the hotel is very close to Fira center, only 5 minutes walking.
I would 100% recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel! Great service, extremely clean rooms, Beautiful views and lightning fast WIFI. When we arrived at the hotel the staff was extremely friendly and made us really feel at home. They sorted out everything like calling a taxi to the airport for us. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect(about a 5 min walk to the city center). The rooms were quiet and extremely clean. The price is in my opinion good, not cheap but nothing outrageous . There are a lot of bad reviews on this hotel and I don't exactly know why. The only downside I found is that they have a tiny little guard dog that barks at you when you get back or arrive late at night.
Overall a really good hotel to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay, although some comments can be made. The pricing is affordable compared with other hotels. The place has a pool, good view and free wifi. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. At the time of our stay breakfast was not available. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaner and rooms a bit more maintained. The shower curtain was missing and no shampoo was provided. An electrical outlet was left hanging adjacent to our beds. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the towels also renewed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay.
