Santorini Palace If you're looking to stay in a Hotel that has nice interior and friendly staff, then this is a place for you. Although, my stay at the hotel was pleasant I had a few areas of improvement. All of which I was willing to share with the Hotel. However, I noticed that the Customer Service changes when you have an issue or concern, so rather then complain or provide productive criticism, I left it all for this google review as I wipe my tears at the price that I was charged for a two night stay at the palace. Customer Service - 8/10 Breakfast - 0/10 - The selection of food was awful and very basic. I wasn't asking for much and got less ! The bread was always hard. The fruit was clearly from a tin and lacked flavour or taste. The food tasted cheap and lacked variety and flavour ! Food - 2/10 - The food provided at the hotel was tastless and seemed to be just about the amount of food rather then anything else. Value for money 2/10 - For a 2 night stay I was charge £460 (circa ). The staff were truly helpful to accommodate me, but for this price and what was provided with hmm. I would probably opt for another hotel. I know all business are trying to claw back the lack of earnings, due to the pandemic, but for this price ! I was left speechless. Rooms - The rooms are very clean tidy - make sure you opt for a sea or poolside view. Location - At the top of a hill - so, have your walking shoes on. Pool side - The pool is nice. However, we were advised to wear masks when by the bar. However, not once did I see any of the staff wash their hands when making cocktails with fruit. I was grossed out , but did not dare to complain. Greece is lovely place for the views and the heat . If you're a woman of colour - you will need to get used to the stares. You also have to always double check your bill, in different places they had a tendency to double charge and offered no apology when queried. If you're looking for a country with good food, views and sun - Value for money I would opt for Portugal or Italy I hope this review helps. x

We stayed at Santorini Palace recently for two nights and it was great. It was our first time in Santorini and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! The hotel staff at Santorini Palace was very kind (particularly Nikos!) and the pool is great. Our hotel rate also included the breakfast buffet each morning. The food was alright and there is plenty of seating outside to enjoy your breakfast with a beautiful view of the water. The buffet was a little hectic with people at times and not much social distancing but if you go early it may be better. The hotel is also a short 10 minute walk to fira where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and beautiful sights. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and I had a view of the ocean. I really appreciated all the help from the staff. They were so friendly and available to answer any questions. They even helped with renting a motor bike and giving info about things to do and places to eat.

Currently staying here and I can honestly say it's a lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful. A big thank you to the manager(I'm sorry I forget your name) I wasn't happy with the room we were given. He was very nice and brought me to 2 different rooms and allowed me to pick the best one. Honestly couldn't do enough for me. I really can't thank him enough. The hotel itself is in an ideal location, maybe a 15 minute walk in to town.

Great location, fabulous views. Very clean and well run establishment, courteous friendly, helpful staff .

Hotel recommended car rental company that charged us for an extra day on top of the day we rented. The front desk is in on the scam. Do not use ~SPIRIDAKOS RENT A CAR

Brilliant hotel fantastic staff great pool, restaurant there was a wide variety at breakfast all great. Pool bar staff 1st class ? will definitely visit again!!
