Quite possibly the best place I've ever stayed. A brilliant company as well.

The stay was great. The Villa is located in the best spot. View is splendid !!! Very Clean and tidy. They changed our bed sheets every day!!!!! That was great. The cleaning service visited the place twice a day.

BUYER BEWARE: It seems like the White Sky Villa has water/pipe problems all the time. I wanted to rent out a villa in Santorini for my sister's 60th birthday and started the process a year before since I knew that properties there sell out quickly. I started to book this villa through a well known company but after putting in the information of dates, etc I was contacted by the villa's agent offering me a discounted price with promises of wine, birthday cake, boat trip and fireworks on arrival. I booked it and sent my deposit (half of the total) in cash. When I landed in Athens I had time to look at my emails before boarding my flight to Santorini and saw an email from the agent who had promised me all of these things saying that the villa once again has water problems and he has to put me up in another location. It ended up being a nice hotel room but they only had it available for 5 days (I had booked the villa for 3 weeks). I then was told I had to move to another hotel that was able to give me 12 days but I was still missing 4 days. After renting a car to look for possible locations and after much stress I found lodging but it ended up costing me an additional 1000 euros. the agent said he would make it up to me by paying for a rental car for 3 days WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! During this time I met and spoke to 2 other couples that had a very similar experience to mine. It's basically a "Bait and Switch", something that various agencies seem to practice in Santorini. I was never given the address of the original villa, though I asked many times, but one day, by sheer coincidence, I happened to pass by it and saw a couple staying at the villa I had reserved for the same days. I am a well traveled individual that has made many travel plans in the past, not only for myself but for several people, and have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and I have never experienced this type of horrendous service. I am writing this review to help others not have to go through the same thing and suggest that if you are looking to visit this beautiful island to go directly with the hotel/villa owners and if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Don't book this place if you want your money taken away! I had to cancel my reservation due to COVID-19, the property promised to provide a credit voucher but has not done so. It's been months and they have been dodging my calls, emails etc...

The property is located on the Caldera cliff. The distance to Thira is 10 minutes and Oia is 15 minutes away. Strategic location, next to everything and in the mean time very private and very quite. It has two very spacious bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. A very beautiful living area and a very large terrace with a jacuzzi pool having an astonishing view. The location is gorgeous! The house keeper brings in products everyday and fills up the freezer without any charge!!! We were 5 persons and one of us was allergic to all types of nuts. We informed them and I was very surprised how they took care of this matter. Every detail was in order and the products given to us for breakfast use, were carefully chosen. We used the concierge service for booking our restaurants and our boat trip. They offered us the best. The house keeper visits the property every day cleaning and taking care of all bits and pieces. All 5 of us in the jacuzzi pool talked and talked over serious matters without understanding how smooth the conversation ended and all this due to the fantastic calmness it offers. We, all, fully recommend, the White Sky Caldera Villa. Congratulations!!! We will visit you again. Definitely

THIEVES - prepaid through Expedia, COVID lockdown hit meaning no travel allowed. Have spent 18 months trying to rearrange for a 'voucher' directly with the owner, constantly fobbed off with over 100 messages, now being ignored. Book elsewhere, disgusted!
